I wish I could give this company and their delivery service no stars.I have essentially been scammed of roughly £400. The customer service is terrible you are messaging someone that I’m sure is using google translate. Having to call constantly, email constantly and message their WhatsApp with no help at all. I haven’t received anything, do not understand any circumstances order from this company.

I was sceptical as there weren’t many reviews, however with the safety of PayPal I placed my order which arrived 3 days later. The bed is excellent quality and as pictured (park lane ambassador) and can’t wait to go to bed tonight.

Delivery was quick received Saturday. noticed yesterday there are dips along the velvet at the foot of the bed like dents doesn’t look good disappointed

I was slightly apprehensive ordering from manorcroft beds as I found them through Google and hadn't really heard of them. However, they responded to my WhatsApp messages promptly, were extremely helpful and my bed was delivered within the week. Extremely pleased with the service and with my bed. Quality is amazing. Would use manorcroft beds again :-)

What can I say I was a bit worried using a company I’ve never Hurd if but all I can say is they was amazing from start to finish I had a few question and they got back to me straight away on WhatsApp, they let me no when it was coming and the driver rang me an hour before he arrived he was a lovely driver brought it all in for me and told me what was what for the bed etc , the bed is so beautiful and really strong which was my worry paying so little but I can tell you now you will not and I mean not be disappointed in the material or the strength of these beds my old bed was a lot more expensive and it was no where near as strong as this one I literally would recommend to anyone and everyone I can’t fault them at all from start to finish AAAAAAAAAAA******** I will use again when I need some more beds for kids in future

Value for money bed much cheaper than bight street stores and of excellent quality.
Contacted me the night before delivery with estimated delivery time.
Definitely will be using this company again in the future

What great service from this place I even WhatsApp a few questions and they were so happy to help me the delivery was very fast within a couple of days and the delivery staff were so helpful

Exceptional value, exceptional quality, exceptional service
Ordered a bed from Sueno and couldn't be more pleased with the service. A few days after ordering, I received a call confirming the model, size, and fabric. I was given a delivery date (just a few weeks!) and told I could expect a call the day before giving a more specific time.

Sure enough, received a call giving a more specific time, and another call from the delivery team when they were 30 minutes away. This helped me sort my morning calls and other duties. The two gentlemen who moved the bed in also set it up and took away all the rubbish. They took off their shoes without being asked and manoeuvred the pieces (it was a super king) around all our corners with nary a scratch on the wall.

Highly recommend. Wish I had more reasons to buy another bed!
