Very good website for purchasing beds. Very good communication between customers and staff members of the company. I received my bed for myself and my daughter, she absolutely loved it, as did I. The beds exterior quality is luxurious and very fancy. Ordered the ambassador bed for myself and it truly makes my bedroom look majestic. The beds are very strong and sturdy. 100% recommend this bed company.

I currently came across this website, firstly the communication between customers and staff is outstanding. Customers have so many options/choices when selecting types of beds, colours, materials and other designs. I was very indecisive about what type of bed would look nice in my room with the painted walls, staff were very attentive, respectful and so lovely to talk to. Great value for price and was very well within my budget. Once I received the bed, the delivery driver was very helpful. The bed itself was easy to assemble and the quality of the bed is really good, sturdy and strong.

Just took delivery of my sons new bed , it’s just perfect exactly what I wanted The customer service , the quality & perfect colour of the bed. The mattress is so thick and comfortable. The delivery guys are polite and helpful.

I bought a bed from Manorcroft beds and the wrong size was delivered. I contacted them and response was dire.
Dragged out over hours,
It took for me to say that I would reverse the payment if i did not hear from them. That got me some attention and they said the next delivery would be 9 days later (on 29th Aug)
No further communication from them, no bed delivered and Im just being ignored.
The very professional Whatsapp number is now just going to voicemail.
So I have had to contact the bank and start a chargeback process. I have sent the bank our entire chat history.
This is for a person I support and they knew this.
It is not acceptable for them to treat any customer this way but when they know it is for a very vulnerable disabled adult who cannot speak for himself it just hits a bit harder.
He has a 4ft 6 mattress hanging off a small double bed because they sent the wrong bed.
They said he could use the small double for the 9 days until new bed arrived. I am disgusted by it.
I doubt they are professional enough to even read their reviews but if they do its order number 31781. I will be more than happy to stop the chargeback for the correct bed.
If I dont hear then i will get his money back for the and then sell the wrong one.
This "business" is no different from all the businesses on facebook marketplace.
They just make themselves look more professional. They dont even send a confirmation email.
