Friendly staff, explained what he was going to check. When he had finished he explained what had been done and showed me by operating the garage door to show it was working properly. Checked & cleaned the opening/closing controller.
Very pleased with the results and wood recommend.

This review is long overdue but I had such a good experience with this company that I wanted to say thank you and also to recommend them on a job well done.
I contacted them in February as my garage door was sticking half way down refusing to close until I had drenched every part of it in WD40. My husband was in hospital so having searched on the local FB group this company was recommended. When they were able to fit me in they arrived at agreed time and really all it needed was a good service. The cost was exactly as I was told initially and I also had a lesson on servicing a garage door.
Happy to recommend!

Two very friendly guys did motorise my door showing me how to operate it and explain everything. After completion,another guy made a special visit to couple up my phone to the door. This was explained and demonstrated and was stored on my phone via the app. I was very happy and pleased with there help.

Came and fitted doors I ordered unfortunately 1 of the doors had a slight dint in it which the door fitter noticed, a new door was ordered and fitted 2 to 3 weeks later now looking very nice, would highly recommend.

Just replaced my 40 year old up and over door with a sectional door.
These guys were great. My double garage has a low ceiling so it was important to get the measurements correct. They came and surveyed and talked about the options and the showroom has lot of examples. People were very friendly and helpful.
Fitting was arranged and they came and fitted it quickly with minimal fuss. Again extremely helpful.
Took the time to explain how to use and maintain the door.
Good old fashioned service!

We visited the showroom to look at Hormann electric garage doors,there was a great selection of working electric doors to see and how they operated,with helpfull and friendly advice,booked a site survey for a quote this came with good advice to meet our needs and was a good competitive quote, on the day of fitting the door the team were very professional and did an excellent job and gave a full explanation of the operation of the garage door,would highly recommend this company

Called in to check out new garage doors for my son but whilst there arranged for a service on my own garage door as it was installed 20 years ago. Went home and about an hour later their man turned up and the job was done and dusted all within two hours. Excellent.

We visited the Showroom in December looking for a new garage roller type door (our up and over occasionally gets caught by the wind) the lady on duty let us have a good look round and gave us the Ins and Outs about all the doors they sell, after careful consideration we made our choice and ordered a Hormann Sectional Roller Door, they came and fitted about the 27th Jan, fitters were very pleasant and did a good job, the door is great and very easy to use (we went for the manual one, not Electric) very pleased with the Job they have done and would highly recommend.

Excellent service, the gentleman got our remote control garage door working in no time, have used them before and will again.

This family firm has been trading for over 50 years and, from the minute you walk into the showroom, you can understand why. Graham, Alison and Rachel are welcoming, friendly and their knowledge of garage doors is extensive. Nothing was too much trouble and the service from our initial visit to measuring, ordering and fitting was first rate. We were so impressed we didn't bother getting a quote elsewhere.
