I commanded a manual for my Kubota KX61-3.
Download was no problem, but I am very disappointed, because the photos have a very VERY bad quality. Almost dark, hardly any contrast and no details to distinguish. It's a shame to sell something like that. I messaged them to say this but until now no response

I was apprehensive after reading the very negative reviews of not receiving a link or some other concern, but seeing the positive ones, I figured I could risk losing US$15. But I gotta say...within 30 secs of making my payment I downloaded a 9000+ page service manual for my car. Awesome!

The product was mislabeled. My father in law didn't realize he was studying the wrong car manual until he had been in there about an hour, and saw that it was for a 2011-2016 Honda Odyssey, not a 2010 (completely different manuals and systems).

I purchased the correct one for $14.95, and in parallel asked for a refund on the $21.99 manual that was the wrong download. They refused to refund because I now had "access to that manual" since I opened it. I didn't know it was wrong until I downloaded it. I'm not a mechanic, I own a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I have absolutely no use for a 2011-2016 manual.

I'm not only out $21.99, but also out an additional hour of my father-in-law's time while he is visiting from out of state and trying to help fix our car during his limited time here.

Scammers, charged me $19 and did not provide any manual or refund, matter is escalated to credit card agency and further.

I personally wouldn't have given Manual 4 you a star except you have to if you want to write a response. I purchased a manual for my Hyundai i40 tourer wagon 2012 in June 2021 and we are now in October 2021. I still do not have the manual link to download the item. Have sent multiple emails asking and kept getting a automated script message and no follow up. Eventually got a response after I asked for a refund due to not getting any follow up emails on my previous communication. They advised they needed to ask the supervisor in regards to my refund this was the 19th of September I have not had any other communication from them since this email.

The customer service is non existent with response and follow up on client questions or concerns and obviously unable to provide links as they advertise on the website for all manuals.

I have all of my emails showing my communication attempts and the responses I was given.

I ordered a manual for 1998 Peugeot Boxer and thought that I will receive it instantly as it shows fast download. There is a slight delay in getting the download so do not expect you’ll get it after paying. The manual has the complete details though just order atleast 1 day in advance if you badly needed it.

This site is an absolute scam. You purchase. They don’t send the link. You request refund and they refuse x8 times. Do not patronize.

Terrible support. The manual didn't cover the expected topic. Complete run around from support. No refund provided.

This company is a complete ripp-off!!! Ordered AND PAYED for a manual concerning my ktm1090R (2017). For three weeks now "your order is on the way". Mails get answered by a computer, disgusting !

Manual I ordered was incomplete. Provided the screen shots as support asked for and zero resolution.
All email replies seem to be auto generated and/or scripted.
When I asked for a refund...politely I might add! I got a response accusing me of using profanity and being abusive, which I did NOT do in any way shape or form.

Fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. I paid for something that was not provided. A defamatory statement is a false statement of fact that exposes a person to hatred, ridicule, or contempt... My statement is not false. Their statements are false. So if I'm being defamatory, so are they by claiming I'm being false.
