I bought a workshop maual for my 2014 Mazda 6 Skyactiv 2.2 D. The description said the maual incudes all models and engines. BUT, I only got the manual for the Mazda 6 Skyactiv 2.5 G. This model equipped with a petrol engine, but what I needed was the 2.2 skyactive D model workshop manual, with the diesel engine.

So I contacted them and after a few day they finally understand my problem, but they said because I have downloaded the manual, they can not change that to the correct one.

BUT, If you do not download that document, If you do not open that how should you know, that the correct or not?

Of course, You have to check the details on the website/webshop (manuals4you.com), check the description of the product and of course, You have to trust the seller. You have to belive, the description is correct and these are the correct details of the product what you would like to buy it. However, if these contains misleading informations then, obviously You not going to get the correct workshop manual.

So, I was paid for something what I wanted and they decieded to send it to me something different (or just partly correct document) after days. They do not take any responsibility, they do not refund my money, they do not want to send me the correct workshop manual.

Do not trust the manual4you.com!

Company is nothing but a scam, I ordered and paid for a manual on the 8th of may, after numerous emails to Manual4you asking where my order is, I have had nothing but a standard electronic response,saying they will get back to me with a favourable solution. To this day I still have not received my manual or any solution let alone a *favourable * one. I have now twice requested a refund, but this is also has not been acknowledged or actioned in any way.
This company just takes your money and provides you with NOTHING.
My advice DO NOT deal with this company on any circumstances.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid at all costs. Absolute scam. Having taken my money immediately I am still waiting for the download link. I sent an email to which they responded saying it was being looked into yet a week later still nothing. I emailed again asking for a refund but complete silence. Its taken that long to get a download link (which I still haven't received) it was quicker to remove the parts and get the part numbers that way. Shocking customer service.

Yesterday, I purchased a 1994 Isuzu Trooper Service and Repair Manual from Manual4you. The description claimed to be a vehicle specific manual. What I got were three files. One was a file for a 1991 Isuzu Trooper and I got two files for a 1995 Isuzu Trooper. The title says that it is covers a range of Troopers. This is not the manual I thought I was purchasing based on the title and description provided. This is useless to me.

I tried to get help online immediately from the company but waited 30 minutes with no reply. I sent an e-mail yesterday and have still not heard back from the company.

To top it all off, it just looks like an old beaten up manual that they scanned into their system and started selling it. I doubt that they even have the intellectual property rights to be doing this.

If you are looking for a manual, I would look elsewhere. If no one else seems to have your manual, they probably don't either, they are just pretending that they do.

I ordered a manual for 2013 Toyota RAV4 around the 4th of April 2021.

I got an email saying my manual is ready for download on the 9th of April 2021.

When I downloaded it and tried to open the file, they have sent me a rar file that is password protected and I can't open it.

Numerous emails through their support (what a joke) section and trying their other email links have produced no response until I criticised them on trustpilot.
I finally got an email (after nearly a Month. Talk about customer service) saying they have tried to email me to fix this problem. Not true.
Anyway, I replied and gave them the information they said they needed.
This is 3 days ago. Surprise surprise deafening silence.
This company has poor to non existant customer service and even when you quote your order number they play dumb and ask for information that would obvious if they checked the order.
All I have asked is for them to fix this issue and a Month later still no action.
How hard can it be to respond in timely fashion and fix the problem.
They have my money and I don't have a manual.
Have you ever had service this poor?

You would think there would have been some attempt to protect their reputation and solve the problem.

Ordered jeep 2014 3.0lt manual, got it. Cover CLEARLY STATED WORKSHOP MANUAL FOR 3LT DEISEL, AND PETROL MODELS!! Load of nothing. Had difficulty downloading, consists of emission codes and rubbish!! NOT ONE BIT OF DEISEL INFO!! Did a doc search for 3, 3.0, diesel, NOT ONE WORD CAME UP. Constant emails have resulted in no feedback from them. So best i can do is warn you away. Says they are in UK, went to phone and its a USA number. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

Never buy a Manuel from these people, as it wouldnt down load on any of the devices i have. And they will not answer your emails,when you have a problem.
Please dont dont use them, as when it goes wrong, they wont help you or refund your money.

I wouldn't purchase another manual from this company. Link would not download! Despite repeated for help from the support team. No response still after 2 days. I have for a credit but no response ! Their business practices should be investigated by appropriate authorities.

I bought a manual expecting a wiring diagram as was described in the description.
Was very disappointed that there wasn’t anything of actual wiring diagrams!
That is ok I understand if something goes wrong like the wrong description with the wrong manual… So I emailed right away, and then many other times and asked them to show me the wiring diagrams as in the description or give me a refund. That sounds fair?!.... but no response. So I lost the money I invested in the manual.
Don’t recommend buying anything from them if their customer service is like this!!

I ordered a manual for a 2016 Isuzu Dmax, which as some will know is identical to the Holden Colorado, but is not very similar to the Chevrolet Colorado at all. I was provided a Chevrolet Colorado manual, which I soon found was completely useless, as it didn't even come with information on drum brakes, which were what I was working on. I contacted support almost immediately, got an automated reply asking for more information, sent that information back and have not heard back since.

Absolute scam site with no support at all, only a reply bot to make you think there is someone there.

Purchased a manual on 23 January 2021 order #25198 and am yet to receive it as I type this on 6 February 2021. It’s supposed to be a digital download so you would expect to have the ability to download once purchased however this has not been my experience.
Manual4you have also not provided any communication about the actual status of my order, I just received an email confirming my purchase and no further information other than “processing” however the funds have been billed from my bank account. I emailed them for ask for an update and a few days later received an automated email response asking me to reply to the email if I still have an outstanding enquiry.
They have not responded with any update on my order to date. I believe they have simply stolen my money.
If you are happy to take a gamble by all means try purchase from them. I will never do business with this company again and will never recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

18 February 2021 and still nothing from these crooks and I’m beginning to suspect that the five star reviews are fake. When the genuine poor reviews pile up they spam this site with fake reviews to improve their ratings. I’m happy to supply trustpilot my proof of purchase.

After following up later on 24 February 2021 received an email response with the message below:
“I see you've left a 1* review, we did request your order information there too.

Are you seeing any of our emails?”

I responded within hours and once again .... nothing.

23 March and still no refund or manual = blatant theft

I paid for a car manual and received an e mail with a link to download it. It didn't work. I e-mailed customer support and eventually got an automated reply. Three e mails and three automated replies later and still no manual. Avoid!

Paid for an online download. Received receipt of payment but no actual service manual. No response to enquiries. Cancelled payment via credit card company.

Don't waste your money. I ordered a manual for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra and got a manual for a different model altogether. In fact a US model. Nothing matches. I emailed back to the support address and after many weeks got a reply that stated they were having problems with their server and wanted to know if my problem was solved. I responded that it was not and had no response. After many more emails I have had no response from them. It is obvious that once you pay your money they have no further interest.
Do not do business with them

Easy, bought it and had it downloaded within a few seconds. There were multiple links available so I was able to put it on my tablet and take that out to the garage instead of printing stuff out - yeah, happy with the purchase not much else to say.

Ordered a manual for my Ford truck, had the full wiring schematics in color - I was able to fix what I needed without going to the garage

Should have read the review before ordering...I ordered a manual for a Golf V 2007 FSI 2l and I received a bunch of pdf file without name, without index, incomplete and not matching my vehicle. I spent hours to open and read each PDF file one by one to try to find something relevant. Waste of time, waste of money...
This kind of site should not even exist!
And Trust Pilot should check from where the good reviews are coming as I cannot believe anyone can be satisfied with this kind of service.

On 13th November I asked you the following questions, which I'm still awaiting a reply!

So, how does your manual communicate with Peugeot to get specific information relating to a VIN?
Is your manual better than Haynes Peugeot 306 1993 to 2002 (K to 02 registration) Petrol and Diesel?
I hope your manual will be able to tell me how to remove the front passenger glove box below the airbag and also where the air blower resistor is located on my Peugeot 306 2.0 HDi GLX 2001 fitted with ABS and AC, totally different in the Haynes Manual?"

In good faith I went and ordered your manual but it is far worse than the Haynes Manual - not even diesel engine models.

Please send me the manual that covers Peugeot 2001 2.0 HDi (1997cc Turbo Diesel) GLX Reg # Y****** VIN # VF**************86 fitted with ABS and Aircon.
Your attention would be appreciated.
