Purchased a manual for a 2013 CBR600RR. I received a manual download for some old logging/skidder equipment. I needed the manual right away so I purchased from another company. I requested specifically a refund and not a replacement, and the customer service finally replied after a week and sent me the download again. I once again stated I requested a refund and now they are denying my refund saying it’s been outside the 7 day window and that I got the manual so I cannot receive one. Customer service was extremely rude. The following email was then sent to me.
“ You did receive what you paid for. We sent it to you, and resent the link.
I can see you've left a 1* review, its' pretty clear you're just looking for a free manual. It's not going to work.”
How is it that I am looking for a free manual, if I never requested the correct one be sent and only a refund. Anyways I left another review and they reported it so I felt I should be more detailed. This company is a scam just look at how many people have received the wrong manual. I also would not trust the 5 star reviews with little detail as they are probably fabricated.

For $14.95 I purchased the "COMPLETE official full service repair manual for the 1994-2004 Chevrolet S-10". What I received about an hour later was a collection of PDF files that describe a limited number of systems for some model years. Most files were mislabeled. It is a small fraction of the complete manual. At this point I have to call this website a fraud..

Ordered a manual for a BMW F800GT, they were quick to take my money but failed to send a manual, now they won't answer emails and no refund in sight. I learned a valuable lesson, do not purchase from a site that has no phone # and does not allow reviews on the site.
Also beware of 5* ratings as there are thousands of people whom are paid to give reviews which makes me sceptical of 50% of 5*'s.

Description of the Manual is inaccurate and misleading. I ordered a manual for a 2005 fiat ducato because I needed a wiring diagram, THE DESCRIPTION CLEARLY STATED A WIRING DIAGRAM WAS INCLUDED - NOT SO! I contacted the "support desk" got an apology and was told they would look for the missing information. I heard nothing and requested a refund, still no reply. I showed the manual to a professional mechanic who said "he couldn't make head nor tail of it". Stay well clear of this company and don't waste your money.

Company is trash - they flood there site with 50 manuals all claiming to be the same and you gamble on which you choose - I chose wrong and got a 14 page "Full service and repair manual". Customer service refused to help.

This is a further update to my bad experience with the purchase of a Toyota Hilux Manual from Manual4you. After numerous requests for either bonafide manual or a full refund, I still have neither.
Trustpilot contacted me weeks ago a said that Manual4you doubted that I was a legitimate customer. I was able to provide them with my Order Number and Proof of Payment. So much for their record keeping of my order number and my payment details. I passed on to them copies of my correspondence (including requests for a refund) as the download link resulted in a huge number of files and folders, none of which contained anything that resembled a Manual.
Manual4you even stated that recent changes to current browsers (I use the current version of Google Chrome) had resulted in customers being able to receive Manuals that they had purchased.
I always provide positive feedback for online purchases and once again if they had just sent me an unipped manual in pdf format, of a full refund, I would have been happy to drop the whole thing and move on.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED EITHER AND THEREFORE I AM STILL MOST UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULT.
IF YOU DO YOUR OWN INVESTIGATION YOU WILL FIND SOME HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND MANY OTHERS WHO COMPLAIN OF POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO DELIVERABLE.
PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THE INVESTMENT IN TIME TO TRY AND SORT THIS OUT HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING AND FRUITLESS.
THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAM TO ME!

Final update: They did send me a new link. I had to download some software (Virtualbox). I downloaded this, and tried to followed the steps to download the manual. The download file is evidently huge and my system starts to download but after around 2GB, it fails. So perhaps I'm not doing something right, but in any case what they sent me is not user friendly, is not a PDF that can be directly downloaded, and I did not get what I paid for. As a side note, the download says WSM-2017 Mercedes when it is downloading but I ordered a manual for a 1998 Mercedes. So even if this downloaded, I'm suspect that they sent me the right file. I will not use this company again.

UPDATED: My email to Manuals4You was not answered. However, the on-line chat was answered and they promised me a new download. Hopefully it is a real workshop manual and not a repeat of the first download. I have updated my rating for now. Stay tuned, I will let y'all know if they do indeed send a new manual.

First review: Stay away. I ordered the workshop manual for a 1998 Mercedes CLK320. The download is not a factory manual. It looks like a compilation of perhaps part of the factory manual, Chiltons, a few service updates, blah, blah. Missing most of the procedures and photographs that I KNOW are in the manual. Very difficult to read (poor quality). Stay away, you have been warned. My order was ORDER #19232 on 19Aug2020.

Manual4you is my go to for all my OEM-type outboard service manuals. Great competitive pricing and 2nd to none top notch support staff! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your manuals from these guys!!!

I ordered a workshop manual for a 1987 560SL Mercedes Benz that I will restore over the next two years. In good faith I paid and downloaded it. What a load of JUNK!

82% of the diagrams are missing and 100% of the photographs are missing, also what diagrams are included are either illegible and /or are too small.  Parts of the descriptions are also illegible by having Manual4you headings superimposed over the top of the wording.
Also there is no index so you would have to spend hours scouring pages to find what you are looking for only to find scant or missing information. I know this because I have since downloaded the complete one for just a few $ more!

Read all the other negative ratings on here and you will see what I am talking about. The positive ratings..... well you decide!

This is a hastily, thrown together scan of part of a very poor manual and they have omitted very important diagrams and photographs that you will need. It is exactly 52.6mb and the correct Mercedes one that I downloaded from MB107.com is 281mb so about 5/6ths, 82% is missing!

I deleted the JUNK files and asked for a refund and was told by ANDREW LEVEN that because I had downloaded it I could not have a refund. How do you know what GARBAGE it is and that you are being RIPPED OFF until you download it? Read their refund policy, it says you can only have a refund if you don't do the download. Really!

I asked ANDREW LEVEN to address the fact that 5/6 of the manual is missing and has refused to answer this but keeps asking me, even though I have told him I deleted it, "which specific pages have the problems I mentioned" I repeated that 82% of the pages, diagrams and photographs are missing as born out by the missing Megabytes, and he just asks me to mention specific pages, There are over 1000 pages in the correct version, so he says I am refusing to give him the information. Go figure that one!

The problem with this download from Manua4you is that 5/6ths, 82% is missing, there are no photographs, there are missing and illegible diagrams in the 1/6th that you sold me.

The product I ordered specifically said "factory service manual" and "not a generic manual" for my 1986 Isuzu Pup. The download was a Haynes manual. After two weeks of getting the runaround via email and chat, they said they would send me a new download link in the next 12 hours. I have still not received that link or the refund I requested. I would not reccomend this site to anyone I care about.
My order number is 15087 made on 05/25/2020.

Link did not get emailed right away, emailed the support team and had very fast response send link out. The guide is very detailed.

No Stars from me! I ordered a manual almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received it.I never received a tracking #. When I tried to get help that Andrew leven was USELESS! So why couldn't you give me the information I asked for? Where is the 2004 Infinity manual I ordered? After he didn't help me I haven't heard from anyone I wont recommend this company to anyone. 😡 So now that I know this is a scam. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAUAL4YOU.

The initial manual I bought was adequate but not what i expected. This is the only reason i did not give it 5 stars. All the stars were for the after sale support. My tech ANDREW was great. He not only provided me with a better manual he stayed with me to ensure it was downloaded properly and working. If i was just rating the support i would have given him 10 STARS. I am very greatfull for his support and because of him i would come back to this company

I had some issues installing the manual. But their support connect and sorted me out within a few minutes. The manual itself is a lot more detailed than I was expecting, I shouldn't need to buy another manual for some time.

Paid for a manual, was then give so called simple instructions to view the manual, found the program they expected me to run to be way too difficult to install! I spent an afternoon trying to get it to work and gave up.
I then asked for a refund as I couldn't even access or view my manual. My first email was ignored 2nd time was told I have downloaded and viewed the the manual so no chance.

As I have already said this app is way over my head and I would like a refund.
This is by far the awkward and difficult programmes I have ever come across.
I have contacted, explained to you in a timely manner my issue and why I feel I am entitled to a refund.
Them- You are not entitled to a refund, you have downloaded the instructions file which contains the link and have initiated a download of it.
Quality customer support!!!

I own a repair garage and even though I pay a hefty price for Mitchell On Demand software they don't have a lot of specific information/wiring diagrams I need. Being on a deadline its important that I get this information right away. Manual4you really helped me out on this! I got the factory manual right away!

They didn’t have the manual I needed for my 1992 Toyota, they had the manual for the 1991 model year that was being sold as representative of the entire generation (1991-1998). Toyota produced a manual for each year and there were differences year-to-year that wouldn’t be in the manual they had. I noticed the file name was not what I needed, and didn’t click their download link.

I requested a refund and it was issued, however they didn’t tell me I was getting a refund until after I posted a negative review here. At that point I was told they’d cancel the refund if I didn’t update my review - so it’s now updated.

Not the best experience. I’d suggest you email them about the manual you need, and perhaps ask for a screen grab of the cover and table of contents before making your purchase so that you know it’s exactly what you need, since once you click the link their refund policy no longer covers you.

A poor substitute for a factory manual. There are few diagrams and the diagrams that are available are relatively small. Just not a satisfactory substitute for a factory manual. Buy something else.

Great guy to deal with. Had a problem with the download and he got right on it and corrected the problem. Manual is perfect. I am a returning customer and will continue to use this site.

Manual4you sent me a manual that unzipped as a separate document for each page with no table of contents or index... it's completely unusable to search through hundreds of pages. Their customer service has waited several days each time I've contacted them, and makes excuses, said they resent the document... none of it is true. They're ignoring my request for a refund. Here's my latest story: "Well, now I'm angry. I took a trip this weekend. About 90 miles from home, a coolant line dislodged. I couldn't find it to fix it road side, so I had to have my vehicle towed 94 miles back to my mechanic at home. If I had a manual, I likely could have repaired it myself. Instead, I missed the trip that I was looking forward to and spent a lot of money unnecessarily. You entirely screwed me over. I'm so livid, you can't even imagine. It's your karma...."
