DO NOT BUY 1/15/20, my experience was the same as the last 2 bad reviews. Got this for my 2014 Impala. 1) This is a generic manual, no specifics for my model year. 1) Wrong illustrations for Struts, shocks, engine bay, etc. 2) I bought this for steps to change the struts and to change the serpentine belt. All it says it to move the belt tensioner and remove the belt. During the job I found that I had to remove the top engine motor mount and bracket, to get the belt off. 3) There is no index to speak of, just file tabs and page numbers, which do not coincide.

Total waste of money and I wanted a refund. Their email response was same as previous reviewer:

So, I replied with that info. Two weeks, no response!

Bought a manual for my Tucson because it said it covered all versions. It does not cover the engine in mine and essentially the manual is a waste of money. The only reply I get over and over is below. Terrible customer service and a rip off.

CRAP. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT ORDERED IT COULDNT DOWNLOAD IT WHEN IT DID FINALLY DOWNLOAD IT I COULDNT ACCESS IT. IT KEPT LOCKING ME OUT. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ALL THEY DID WAS BOMB ME WITH TECHY QUESTIONS I COULDNT UNDERSTAND. STAY AWAY. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY ITS GONE AND SO ARE THEY NEVER DID GET A REFUND. I GOT NOTHING FOR MY MONEY

Was a bit worried after I saw some of these reviews, but they seemed to have turned a corner. Had a quick reply to all my messages - and easy transaction

I ordered a Toyota Camry manual and downloaded it. After extracting the files and following the printed instructions I double clicked on three files. Two of the files produced a sparse content listing page and disorganized instructional pages. The third file, the index file, produced a "file not found" result. I contacted the company by email a number of times and these were the results I received concerning the index file:

"The index isn't what you would expect the index to be, it is just a file called that so to speak."

"Please know that the manuals we sell are not interactive.
These are not hyperlinks."

So, the index file is not really an index file, but just a file that is called an index file "so to speak". OK. And the manual is not interactive. Then of what use is the manual? Of minimal use I would say if you have to hunt and search for specific information.

I requested a refund, and as was stated by another reviewer the customer service person indicated that the request would be forwarded to billing for a review. I have not heard back.

I would not recommend this company's products.

At first I did not downloaded what I needed. Called customer support. Super quick, super professional. They have sent me the right manual very quickly, definitely recommended

I was very worried this was a scam based on the split reviews, but decided that I was willing to risk $18 for it. I ordered a 2013 Chevy Volt manual and immediately got the download link on my confirmation web page. I downloaded the pdf and ran it through VirusTotal which checks dozens of virus tools and definitions for security vulnerabilities. It came back clean, so I opened it. I was delighted to find that I had just received the 8,000 page service manual for my car. I may have gotten lucky, and clearly some folks have had a bad experience, but for me this was 1,000% worth it!

You will pay this company to provide you with an online manual for a particular car as offered on the website. After you pay they look for your manual on the internet (just as you could yourself for free) and provide a link if it's available. If it's not available they send a link to a similar car, not the one they listed and you paid for. If you query it you'll get a rude response, If you ask for a refund you'll get no response

Just purchased a Toyota forklift service manual, came with a parts manual too which I wasn’t expecting. High quality pdf, and excellent service - Very happy.

I was dubious of the site and did a bit of searching came across a few reviews - There were positive and negative reports, but as I could use a credit card to pay, I decided to try them out for the 15 bucks. The purchase experience was easy and painless, and immediately after it completed completion, I received the download link email.

The manual was very comprehensive, and had what I needed. Was a great first time order, will probably check them out again for the next time.

Manual4you offered a hard to find manual for the VW Type 34 model, only available as a PDF download. Paid the $20.99 and what was sent was a generic repair manual for early VW Type 2 Beetles, etc. Send note asking what went wrong bc was incorrect manual from the order, Aug 17th Andrew Leven responded that they were having problems with their ticketing system and offered refund. I asked for the refund since they apparently did not have the manual I ordered. No response since then and no refund as yet.Now is August 27th, no refund, no manual. Steven Scott, Las

I was dubious about this but not only did I get the original factory manual for my B7 RS4, but also for all other variants of the model! Bonus!

Normally this manual cost about $150 and takes weeks to arrive, got this one for less than 1/3 of that and it came within 5 minutes.

Great no probs at all.

Ordered a few months back, but lost the link thought I might have to order again but they just sent me a new link and I had it again - great and easy support.

I had an issue it seems like one of the other reviewers with the link not appearing, read his review and thought it wasn’t worth the hassle so forgot about it for a week or two - but when I emailed and I got a reply within a few minutes and a new link. They’d had a technical issue and he gave me a 25% refund to apologise - didn’t even ask for it, which was very nice of him.

As I’m not technically literate I had a few issues with getting the manual downloaded, and then using it on my computer. But Andrew was very patient and got me up and running, very useful support

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When you try to use customer service they are extremely there manuals do not work the way they're described the one I ordered had over 5000 pages and it was not step by step.
