I called Marco Harris on a Friday afternoon & had the pleasure of meeting Freddie at the property an hour later, he had the property up on the market by the Tuesday & let it out for over the discussed value by Wednesday afternoon with tenants in the following week.

Shannon was a pleasure to meet on our viewing, Coren was immense with helping us when things went wrong or were delayed (due to someone elsewhere in the chain, no fault of Marco Harris) as well as Kieran. Their recommendations for surveyors and conveyancer were also spot on.

Great communication and a "21st century" experience - using WhatsApp to leave messages, social media to promote the property etc, for lower cost than the more well-known names. I have already recommended Amy Wedge to a couple of friends and happy to do so on here.
