We recently purchased a flat in Southampton, and while Alex was the seller's agent, she was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process.

As we were moving from Cardiff, Alex kindly arranged a video tour of the flat before we could visit in person, which was really helpful. Throughout the purchase, she kept us updated via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring that everything moved along smoothly.

Although she was representing the seller, we truly appreciated her responsiveness and professionalism. A great experience overall!

We came to Sam at Marco Harris after having been selling with another high street agent for a few months. The service we received from Sam was second-to-none, particularly the excellent level of communication throughout the whole process. Everything felt personal, all advice we were given was pragmatic and well-reasoned, and we didn’t feel pressured at any point. We only wish we could have purchased from Marco Harris too!

Coren and Shannon sold a property for the seller and I was the buyer. Throughout the process they provided excellent service and communication to both me and the seller. They provided information in a timely manner and also helped me buy my first home while navigating the difficulties with a difficult solicitor. We’ve recently let our studio apartment out through Marco Harris and from start to finish the process has been simple, efficient and more importantly successful in finding us the right tenant. The team have guided us every step of the way, kept us well informed and had simple to use systems in place - honestly not a bad word to say about our experiences.

We had almost decided to use another agent, but at the last minute we invited Marco Harris “just to see what they would say”. This was by far the best decision we could have ever made! From the outset from Connor and Mark coming to value my property, they were nothing but friendly and realistic with managing my expectations in explaining the process. I was impressed with the professionalism when listing my property. I was introduced to Amy who managed my listing and Sale. Amy communicated in a way that worked well for me due to work, keeping updated on enquiries/viewings in a very timely manner and from going live on the market, Amy got me an offer over asking price in less than 5 days! So far I can truly say they have a great job in acting for me! I would highly recommend the team to anyone!

I would highly recommend Sam at Marco Harris. I initially went with another Estate Agent as I'd never dealt with them. Big mistake. They had 20 weeks and kept asking me to reduce price and only getting a handful of viewings.
Sam arranged for far superior marketing, arranged more viewings in the first 2 weeks than they had in 20. This resulted in 3 offers, one above asking price which I accepted.
His communication throughout the next stage of the process has been amazing, particularly given a few challenges along the way. He held the sale together right through to completion providing regular updates and excellent advice.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and only wish I'd gone with him from the outset.
