So bad

Amberly gave me a call. After checking reviews I told her I wasnt interested. She then proceeded to harass me by text for taking the reviews into account multiple times. Then sends me one to thank me for giving her my zip code so she could sell it out. I had to block her. This place is trash.

Do not waste your time or money with…

Do not waste your time or money with marketing with Market Leader! The quality leads are promised when signing up, but not delivered. I did not have any sales out of this company. Every time I tried to contact a lead, the lead would not respond or the phone number was not correct. The quality of the lead was not good either, as the majority of leads did not have a good credit score and could not qualify for a loan.
I tried to cancel a few months into the term, but was told that I had a 6 month term with them. The last conversation I had with a customer rep in October, I told him that I wanted to make sure that my term was canceled at the end and not renewed. He assured me that would happen at the end of November. They then charged me for December and now will not refund the money because they said I didn't give notice in time. I made the mistake by not checking all the bad reviews before I signed up. Do not make that same mistake! The reviews are awful for this company and they really don't care about making it better. They try to rope people into a 6 month term with big promises and don't hold any guarantee that the company stands behind what they claim.

Do Not Use

Do Not Use! Not what was promised. They said qualified leads and I have gotten almost 70+ so called leads and have not spoke to any. Not one call back, I asked for a refund and they said sorry no way. They don't stand behind their product! Do not use

No stars because the company mislead me…

No stars because the company mislead me (and others, see Trust Pilot) from the beginning of the sales pitch through signing the contract. They promise "pre-qualified, screened" leads "ready to purchase". In reality, they use Social Media ads about my listings and when someone clicks on one, they agree to be contacted, and send it to me as a lead. I signed a six month contract for $500 a month. To date (90 days) I have not gotten one qualified lead or response. In many cases the phone numbers forwarded are fake as well as the emails. When I search a database, the large majority of respondents don't own a home and income levels indicate they may not be able to purchase a home.
I called after 30 days and explained my experience. The response was it takes up to six months for the lead generation and follow up to work. They send out a ridiculous amount of AI generated texts to the respondents and in many cases, the respondents request the texts and emails be stopped. I get the complaint though! There is NO human interaction as promised except the email I send out after I receive the "lead". No one ever responds to it. It's dishonest to assure results and to be less than truthful. I was very explicit when we discussed the program that I did NOT want a second CRM to maintain. They assured me it was not necessary. In fact you have to if you wish to keep up with the respondents. Someone needs to stop this practice. There are so many negative online reviews. I was foolish to fall for it...a very expensive mistake.

My experience with Market Leader over…

My experience with Market Leader over the past six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite investing $700 per month, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas. Instead, the leads provided have consistently come from locations over two hours away, which are completely outside my target market. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments.

What’s more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for the services that were clearly not delivered as promised. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model.

I would caution any professional considering Market Leader to seriously reconsider. This experience has not only been a financial burden but has also taken valuable time and resources away from focusing on my business. I strongly recommend exploring more reliable and customer-focused alternatives

The worst ever for lead generation

The worst ever for lead generation. They got me on a 6 months contract and I have not closed any transaction. It’s all facebook fake leads and nothing else. I do not recommend to waste your money. When I call those leads the answer is always I have never signed up or inquired about any properties. An absolute waste! I tried to cancel and they would not. Scammers.

Dumpster Fire

Total garbage scam. They'll blow up your phone month by month trying to get you to sign up. The person doing the intro calls will claim to be a seasoned veteran agent, and you will NEVER hear from that person again after signing up. They will also never mention on the intro that you are locked into a contract with them for at least 6 months, and there is NO WAY TO GET OUT. The leads are GARBAGE. You can get better quality leads from spending $50 on Facebook Ads yourself.
There is no real support team.
The best you'll get is an automated email response. IF you are able to get someone on the phone, it is "Joe Smith" with an Indian accent who knows nothing about real estate.

Stay very far away!

This is a less-than-desirable way to acquire leads. The leads are of poor quality and many leads express the feeling of being "harassed" by the many auto-generated responses to their browsing. I have been sent messages of STOP, JUST LOOKING....... all because of the pestering messages that the system sends. Out of 90+ leads I have 1 person seriously looking for a home and needing help. It is a waste of time and creates a negative view of your name due to the pestering of their system. They will not work with you, they only threaten if you mention non-payment. The product looks and sounds great, but for realtors, it is nothing more than a scam. Legal recourse for damaging my business name? It's a thought.

Save your money

Save your money. Mostly tire kickers. I had one deal out of over 800 leads. When you try to adjust your account to lower the cost, they still figure out a way to hook you for one more month. It sure seems like all lead programs are the same. All hot air.

Absolute Garbage Product

This program is a scam that locks you into a term and will absolutely not deliver what you are promised.

They're product looks like it hasn't been updated since 2008 with simple things like sending a listing to a potential lead doesn't work from the App. You have to be a computer to send it and when you did it looks like dial up age trash.
These sales agents and reps don't even know their own product with most of them contradicting one another with how the lead generation actually works.
Then when you raise an issue like these, they try to basically just sell you another program and tell you tough s*** we don't care.
Absolute garbage product and scam company just out for your money with their half ass lead generation. Don't fall for it, don't pay for leads from this company there's a reason it's "Cheaper" than the rest out there.

The worst leads I've ever seen in 20…

The worst leads I've ever seen in 20 plus years as a Realtor. $600 bucks down the tubes. After 6 months finally were finally done with these people. All of the leads were either already listed or were from buyers trying to price properties that they were seeing. Not one legit actionable lead in 6 months. And no it's not us. Our follow up is very strong.

Be Warned!

This company puts their profits before their customers. Be warned!

Leads, website are totally useless and are worse than clickbait social media leads.

Then you try and cancel and they keep charging you.

I cancelled through their website/crm and via email over and over.

Each time they informed me of some loophole that I didn't complete and kept charging me.

I have multiple email threads canceling and they keep charging.

Horrible experience.
