purchased cue and break cue with case, spent £270.00 GBP and paid to upgrade cue G2 tip, very poor tip quality looked second hand not finished at all just stuck on, complained when they asked for a review, they promised to sort if i sent an email with order details..... guess what... that was weeks ago and i have heard nothing! wouldnt buy again, stay local is my advise!

I was pleased!
The first cue I ordered had a bit of a "wobble". I sent a couple of pix and a short video of the problem and a new cue was in the mail in a day or two (all at no charge). I was pleased.
