Cats love the electronic mouse but not fond of the Kitty Curl
Products were shipped quickly but were shipped separately. The Kitty Curl does not appeal to my cats; however, they love the electronic mouse and have chased it quite a bit. The mouse is easy to charge and runs for a good amount of time.

Easy ordering & prompt delivery
Ordering was easy, the products were delivered in a timely manner & without issue. The Kitty Curlz cardboard cat toy(?) was smaller than I expected, my cats can't really curl up inside of it so maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but they seem to like it well enough. I spray it with a catnip spray to make it more appealing, but it isn't the main thing they go for. Cats are fickle!

Easy to order, quality product.
The website was easy to use, it was easy to find and order exactly what I went for. The shipping was quick no longer delays of any kind. The product was exactly as described. I was happy with the quality of materials, so scratcher material is flimsy in other products but this one seems very durable so far. It's not my babies new favorite toy, but they do use it when we incorporate it with playtime. The like chasing the ball around the built in track and gripping the cardboard with their nails. I had purchased 2 of the scratcher toys and they link together. One toy would not be big enough for adult cats, this would have been nice to have mentioned in advertising, I would have bought 4 altogether, but that is a lite thing overall and am glad to have this enrichment item for my babies.

The customer service has been very attentive, I have not had any issues but I would be very confident that any arising would be resolved easily.

Great experience/good quality/recommendable
I had a really good experience with Marlene's Pet Shop. I had to cancel my very first order because I decided I wanted to get the larger variety box rather than just the single item that I originally ordered. The kitty curls that I originally ordered was also in the variety box and I felt like it was a much better deal getting all the other stuff for a small amount more to pay. I first contacted them by email on March 8th and first thing in the morning March 9th I had the response and my bank account was refunded by the 10th in the morning . Every contact I had with customer service always took less than 24 hours for a response. I was refunded immediately and customer service was very friendly and quick. Once I received everything, shipping was fast, only 4 days and I really liked the quality of all the items. Although, the bird I got stopped working after the third day which I am getting ready to contact customer service again about it which I don't think I should have any issues but if I do I will update here. Also the suction cup on the toy that has the feathers at the end does not stick to anything the suction just completely releases as soon as my cat touches it. But it's a great toy all I have to do is get a different suction cup I believe and then it'll be perfect. But my cat absolutely loves all of this stuff! I would definitely recommend! I will be purchasing again in the near future.
EDIT: I sent them an email regarding the two toys that stopped working. They immediately responded by the morning. I will be sending them the video they asked for showing them what the problems are and they said they will have everything fixed and taken care of for me.
