Ordered a tee shirt, in large, my usual size. Had been reduced from £99 to £29 so thought it would be good quality. How wrong can you be! More like a small, and also short. Material is terrible quality. Wasn't to worried at first as they offered a 30 day money back returns. Five (!) emails later and still no reply to my request for a refund and return. Would never use again.
Also ships from China so suspect cost would be high to return .

They advertised a lovely knitted cardigan then sent me a cheap polyester cardigan

The quality is the extremely poor. Now in the process of trying to send it back

It took 8 weeks to get my order.
Returns communication is abysmal (because they want to be awkward about any returns) Communication from them is disgraceful ( they simply don’t want to respond) they are not bothered about customer satisfaction. The sizes of there clothing is definitely disproportionate to UK sizes ( they come up small) They portray themselves as a British company from a store in Marlow but everything comes from Asia. Everything is poor quality!!

No response from Customer Services to several emails about an order. On arrival the item (cardigan)are very poor quality and sizing ridiculously large. Says UK 12 but sleeves are about 8 inches too long. Print on fabric is not consistent. Website leads you to think it’s a UK shop. It masquerades as something it clearly is not! Wish I’d read Trustpilot reviews. Just starting attempts to get refund but not optimistic given reviews.

This is a scam business - do not use!
If I could allocate 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 shirts and after over 2 weeks waiting I received 2 Polyester shirts that bear no resemblance to the ones I ordered. I have tried emailing the company for their returns process (as advised on their website) but have received no response. This is a scam site - do not use

I can only reiterate what I have just read in these reviews. I wish I had read them earlier instead of falling for this scam. I have tried to return items but unable to do this, as no response from Marlow York regarding returns process. I hope you read these reviews before placing any order with this company.

Beware this Company failed with my order details, communication and product details and quality

I want to give no stars but one seems to be the worst score I can give as this ‘company’ is the worst I have ever dealt with and I regret ordering the clothing I did due to the shockingly poor quality. I have emailed them several times to complain about the quality of my order and am still waiting for their response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I will continue to place poor reviews on as many websites as possible so customers do not use them or fall into the same trap as I did.

Just adding my experience to others and wishing I had googled 'reviews' before ordering. The company is advertised through Facebook and links lead to a well-presented website with a distinctly York Shambles vibe and the images of garments very attractive. Prices also - a 'too good to be true' discount that should've rung alarm bells for me, but I was seduced by the imagery.
As with other reviewers, the three garments I ordered were the wrong size, poorly made, with cheap artificial fibres. When I started the returns process, it was initially met with a polite and concerned email asking for more details of garments ordered - then delay, stalling and finally the guff about £30 to return to 'our warehouse' and offering a 10% refund. Am now looking for ways to get these reviews onto Facebook so other unsuspecting customers can be warned.

Scammers. Eventually did get my order. It was terrible quality and didn’t get even close to fitting. Tried multiple times to return but they obviously don’t have any process to do so. Don’t go near them.

Shirt arrived after 3 weeks, massively oversized and unlike photo online.Customer service appaling.I asked if I could return it for a refund and was told postage would be too expensive.I have emailed several times and been completely ignored.Please don’t use this Company.

I have continually been receiving emails saying my item has been shipped then ready to be shipped then same again. Luckily I paid by credit card and will be approaching them for a refund. My advice is don't touch Marlow York with a 10 foot barge pole!

Absolutely awful company. Item I ordered was not the item I received - the fabric was described as cotton and linen, when it arrived ( after 2 weeks) it was 95% polyester 5% elastane. It is almost impossible to complain to Marlow of York because you cannot contact them. They claim to be UK based, they are NOT. I wanted to return the item for a refund they told me it would cost £30 to return overseas, and offered me 10% of the item’s cost as a refund. Avoid this company.

SCAM ALERT. This lot are obviously a fraud. I have not, and obviously will not, receive my order. Lots of similar stories on social media.

Total scam company. Ordered 2 shirts 20 May - no delivery despite advising being delivered. One shirt delivered 14 days later. Poor quality. No response from company. Now progressing a charge re refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Looks very professional, but is a sham. Recieved messages to say the items had been despatched, but haven't received and I cannot contact. It appeared to be located in UK, but is Asian. £60 that i have lost.

Ordered 2 items, only one arrived after a three week wait. No response to a number of emails. Never again

Like everyone before me unable to contact company received goods, excellent quality, but totally wrong size from those ordered (Shoes) to clarify) no return slip or contact number avoid this company like the plague

Terrible quality, product looks nothing like the description, it doesn't even come with a label attached. No clear return policy either. One big con!
