I hadn't realised that this was a Chinese company. I ordered a cap and it took two weeks to arrive from China. I asked for a refund a week ago and have heard nothing. Their website states that if you do get a refund you have to send the item back to China at your own expense , so it's not worth it anyway. I'm cross with myself for not doing my research here before purchase.

An awful company, I have requested an exchange. They have said it cost too much to do this so they will offer me 15% refund.
They state on their website they do exchanges but when asked they do not.
Do not buy from them.

I ordered a lovely 100% cotton dress from Marlow York. A cheap looking Polyester one arrived instead. I emailed my complaint and did get a nicely written reply saying that it would cost £30 to return by post. Due to that cost they were prepared to refund 10% of the purchase cost or give 10% towards ordering a different dress. Not acceptable and I informed them as such.

Absolutely appalling. When the two items arrived they were dreadful quality in fabric ,shape and fit . I wouldn't dream of wearing them . What a scam ! They will be going to a charity shop as I am certainly not paying postage to return them.
How is this fraudulent company allowed to continue?

I ordered 2 shirts on the 7 th May they took weeks to arrive,When they did the shirts were rubbish,They did not fit,Poorly made. I wanted to return them,They wouldn’t give me a return address,The customer service crap,Don’t buy from this company,Made in China ,RUBBISH

What a load of expensive rubbish, paid £38 for a supposed denim top, waited a month for delivery, when it finally did arrive, it appeared to be made from an old bed sheet dyed blue. DONT GO THERE, you have been warned.

Absolutely terrible quality, and no way of sending back to Asia!

Ordered a jacket in XLsize. Chose larger than my actual size, as advised. When the cheap shoddy jacket eventually arrived, I couldn’t even get it on. What a rip off. Money down the drain!
Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Abysmal service. Waited nearly a month for product to arrive and when it eventually did it was awfull. Totally wrong size (far to large) badly manufactured from cheap poor quality material. I would not been seen dead in it. The company should be banned from marketing such inferior products. Perhaps trading standards should become involved

Absolutely dismal. The dresses received were shocking quality - not as described and nasty cheap material. The website states returns and refunds are possible but after lengthy emails they have never supplied a return address and only offer a tiny % refund. As a company they are not operating within the Consumer Rights Act.

SCAM - AVOID - RIP OFF - JUNK - DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Yes, delivery took a long time but the item I ordered (a Polo shirt) is just as decribed. Very happy with it.

This is a scam, I have just realised and tried to stop order... I have informed them I want the order stopped as they are a scam... but guess I will end up with rubbish! Wish I had checked first.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Just received a horrendous dress. Nothing like the advert. I wanted to give no stars but no option . Looks like from reviews I have little or no chance of a refund. Social media should ban this company.

Don't buy from these people. Waited ages for delivery of a pair of 'linen' trousers ( and I use that description with reluctance) and put then straight in the bin when they arrived. Ghastly fabric. Far too long ( im 5 ft 5, so average height) and generally horrible. Im not going to bother returning . Too exhausting. The name, deliberately suggests a UK company. The reality is very different. Avoid 😞

The company does not send the goods they advertise. The colour might match but size and quality do not

I give them 2 stars because their communication was good and the shirt did finally arrive, just within the timescale shown in the small print.
The overall quality of the shirt is poor. You'd expect to pay around £15 from a market stall.
This is not a total scam but Buyer beware!

The garment was nothing like the description on thier site or the picture . On top of this it took 5 weeks to arrive .
When I quoted thier terms anx conditions regarding a 30 refund they advise me postage to return the goods to " China" would cost me £30 on a £34 item . The alternative was keep the goods and get10% refund or 50% credit.
No good as I would NEVER buy from these people ever again and would advise prospective buyers " steer clear "

Ordered over £80 worth of clothing. Not arrived. No telephone number to call. Emailed in many times. Finally got a reply when I raised a claim back from my credit card .

As stated by other reviewers MARLOW YORK IS A SCAM, it is a criminal enterprise set up to steal your money.
I ordered a Harrington Classic Everyday sky blue shirt from them. Advertised as original price £120.00 reduced to £39.95.

The illustration was of a quality shirt.

However, instead of sending me the shirt I ordered, they sent me a light blue, 100% polyester shirt that you could buy from any market stall for approximately £5.00.

After lengthy complaints to them via email, sending them photos of the rubbish they sent me, they advised I could send the shit back to them, however it would cost £30.00 to send back to China, and it could get ‘lost in the post’ (in other words they would deny that they received the shirt - end of subject).

In the end they offered me compensation of 15% = £5.99 instead of the £39.95 paid to them.

They do not deserve even one star, they are internet crooks and if you order anything from them you will literally lose your shirt!
