The website presents itself as a UK based company however the items I received were shipped from outside the UK and are of sub standard quality. The returns policy is vague and at time of purchase I do not recall being informed that any returns would need to go back to Asia. The coat I ordered is listed three times on the website under three different names however from the advertised pictures it's appears to be the same item. Avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 bags one on 2nd Jan the other on 3rd Jan. The second has not arrived yet. I tried to return the first bag today at the post office but it would have cost more than I paid initially. Very clever returns policy!!
So. They keep your money!!
The items come from China that's why they take so long to arrive. Also, they are not what is described/pictured on line. Cheap materials and poorly made.
Do not order anything from this company...it's a total rip off!! You will never get your money back as its not worth the postage to return the item.

I would give zero rating if it was possible. Ordered leather tote bag but received a horrendous cheap looking bag that looked nothing like the picture on the website. Contacted customer support for a refund and told I would have to return the bag to Zhejiang in China at my expense. So much for the effortless 30 day money back guarantee.

I would leave a zero rating if possible. I thought that this business was run by a young Mum, who has a young child. There is even a photo on the website of the shop, showing the name Marlow (of York). Apparently none of this is true. I saw an advert for a real leather bag, reduced to £39.99. As it was shown as being in York I ordered a bag. It took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive and I discovered that it was coming direct from China. When the bag arrived there was even a storage bag with Marlow of York printed on it. The bag is not leather and is of poor quality and is not the one advertised or described. This is a scam. I have asked for a refund, but have had no response. Do not buy from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are a fraud. they make out they are a British company but all their RAGS they call clothes are made in CHINA!
Refunds are interesting- they offer for you to keep the products and give 25% back then when this is refused they offer a 50% discount. There is no order receipt in the packaging and no refund form. A total joke

I thought i did due diligence before ordering bags from here but got caught out, no idea when my order will even arrive, tried emailing but thoughi fill in the form it does not show as sent, assuming i have lost 70.00, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Literally every single thing they say on their website is a lie!
They are not from the UK they are not a single mum starting her career they a a Chinese company that sells awful clothes and when you try to return them they insult you with a 34% refund and you keep their tat!
Keep away from them!

If I could give no star review I would. This company is not what it advertises as. Not uk dased as packets come from Asia, the coat advertised as wool mix is a 100% polyester. The cut of it is terrible and the button holes are to small. You can see through the material and this is meant to be an autumn coat. Absolutely trash , not fit for anything else except trash bin

Shocking disappointment. Not only did I wait weeks for a Christmas jumper that looks nothing like the picture - it didn’t arrive until New Year’s Eve so never had an opportunity to wear it. The jumper was meant to be knitted - it is not knitted but made of a cheap fleece type fabric. The company suggests it is UK based but when you read the return information it appears the customer will be ‘sent’ an address to return items and is fully expected to pay all return costs. Returns would be to an unspecified address in Asia so I dread to think of the costs for this so just not worth the effort. This is most disappointing and I feel cheated of my money. I will never purchase from this awful company again! I have learnt my lesson.

This company advertises as a UK company but your order arrives from Asia. A lot of the clothing listed matches a company based in Manchester/London (same name different base... ) whose products are inferior and not as advertised and their returns policy is abismal. Just be aware, and careful
