I concur to the other negative feedbacks - they are absolute scammers, taking advantage of people's trust!!STAY AWAY!!
They claim you have signed documents and are due a large rebate then keep all of the money.
Even if you are able to get a fraction of the compensation for yourself (in my case less than 30% of the rebate) they will ask you for proof of address and all that,but did not asked for anything when you signed up. They collected your rebate prior to asking for any evidence. Seems like only that they are asking to add an extra obstacle for them not to pay you out. Greedy!

From ZERO to HERO
I had a recent complex issue with HMRC & Total Tax Claims Limited, which was dragging on without any sign of progress towards completion.
I was initially very disappointed with TTCL however when their claim agent Issy got involved and went through everything that TTCL had been discussing with HMRC it became very apparent that the issues were NOT with TTCL and she guided me through what I needed to do to get resolution.
I again apologise for my initial thoughts about the customer service I was receiving & Very happy with the outcome and the assistance that I received from Issy @ TTCL

Thieves!!!I've claimed for tax refund! They keeped 75% of it!
I've been waiting months after my application to receive my cheque, and I've received just after a sort of complain to the company and guess what?! After only one day after complaining, so I can imagine it wasn't so hard to send it before!
I was not aware about so high price of fees, 42%!!!! On top of that if it wasn't enough, Plus 30 pounds of admin fees! Total Sum 75% of fees.
It does not worth the time I'd wait for that to receive it.
That was my tax refund, for the time I've worked! Not their! They keeped most of the amount!
I will not use that company again.
