I received a letter from HMRC in December saying I was owed £900 and that the money would be sent to total tax claims. As of today I haven’t heard anything from total tax claims and have sent 2 emails without reply.

I found total tax claims online, they processed a tax rebate of working from home for me. The over all experience was okay I received my check however it did take longer than I was expecting and the communication wasn’t great.
