Fraudsters
Never heard of this company then recieved 2 letters from HMRC that "ensign advisory" was recieving my tax rebates. Upon trying to contact them they told me they were taking almost all of what I am owed due to fees.
They claimed they were unable to send any proof of signature when I requested this, then they offered to send "proof" of the digital signature(s) by post, which if you understand digital signatures you would know that is not how that works
Bunch of scam artists.

I only went on their website to "Check my claim" based on ad: "Have you worked from home for a single day or more during the pandemic?". I put in my details to see if I was eligible for the £624 claim but didn't think I was even signing up to anything. The small print allowed them to take all tax rebates from HMRC for the last two years (nothing to do with working from home or the pandemic, just overpaid income tax), take 42% plus £30 off my money (left with ~£40 of £128 over paid tax that I am yet to receive) and now they're charging £100 to remove their authority to control any future tax rebates from HMRC. I could have claimed this money for free from HMRC. They have not replied to my emails. Do not trust this company.

Some days ago, I got a letter from HMRC. I was very happy. I would get unexpected money!
No, life is not easy...
On 22nd of November I got a letter from that thief company:
""" Your claim against the HMRC has been successful and we have managed to get you following back £99.56
As you know our fees will be subtracted from the amount which is 42% (I didn't know!!!!) and an admin fee of £30 (!!!!)
The remaining balance of £27.74 (!!!!!!!!!) will be posted out to you via cheque to your address with 35 days.
Thank you for using us to help you claim this money back.

Happy with the result
I was called on Friday 17.11.22 from the company and I received my tax refund on Saturday 18.11.22
It did take a little longer than expected but hold on in there, be patient, you will receive your refund if you are owed
After they took the agreed amount I still had £988 and I’m very happy with the service

Even though it's total bulls**t), but then failed to send me the remaining amount due, this went on for 2 months of persistent emails until now in which they've contacted me because I wrote this review calling them out on their bulls**t.

Can I not give minus stars. If I could, I would give -3 stars. They were so ready to promote themselves and pretend they would be able to get monies for the time spent working at home during the pandemic. They’re recovered c £55 and took the majority in their fees with just £6 in my pocket. Total scam and would not recommend them to anyone.
