Josh and the team completed our job to a very high standard and we are thrilled with our two new bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were friendly, hardworking, polite and cooperative throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used Marshalls to completely install a new bathroom and to make some upgrades to another bathroom. We were 100% pleased with everything they did - they take pride in doing an excellent job and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

We can’t recommend Marshall Bathrooms enough! Josh, Miles, Myron and Alfie all very much cared about the job and made sure all was done to a great standard. Not only are they great at what they do, they’re also good company (our kids loved them!) and make sure the place is left in a good, clean condition. We love the end product and would trust them to do our other bathroom too!

We would have no hesitation in recommending Marshall Bathrooms. On initial contact Josh helped with some great ideas to improve on our original plan. The quote was very competitive and the work, carried out by Josh, Zach, Myron and Alfie, excellent. Josh was helpful when there were problems with the supplier and liaised with them to help solve them. Bottom line, we have a bathroom we are really pleased with and the installation went really well.

Their care, attention to detail and standard of workmanship are second to none. Disruption was to a minimum during the work. The finished bathrooms are fantastic.

Josh and the team were brilliant from the off, a friendly positive attitude from all his staff, the work was fairly priced and the quality of work was fantastic and on top of this they were all dog friendly too, my little missy wouldn’t leave them alone.

We have used Marshall’s Bathrooms for over 10 years for more than 3 major projects in our home.
Each project has been completed on time, within the budget and finished to a very high standard. The main bathroom, on-suite shower room and downstairs toilet have been completely renovated, with no issues and look amazing.
We have also used them for other plumbing requirements, once again to a very high professional standard. We would not use anyone else for this type of work and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Josh or the team at Marshall Bathrooms. My en-suite was completed back in February 2023 and whilst the project appeared complete on the surface, it quickly became clear that the work was substandard. Within a short time we began experiencing loud cracking sounds from the shower tray which was alarming and disruptive. There is also a persistent water hammer from the sink taps and well as the toilet flush. Despite initially being keen to resolve the issues, it was evident that Josh was not going to find a solution. Some of the cracking was resolved (caused by the tiles being fitted too close to the shower tray) but other severe cracking sounds remain to this day. The water hammer issues also remain unresolved. Despite reaching out to Josh many times over the last two and half years, Josh has repeatedly ignored my messages or committed to a date and then cancelled at the last minute. I hired Marshall Bathrooms expecting a professional job, but I have received sub standard work with potential long- term consequences. Anyone considering using them should proceed with caution - it has been hugely stressful dealing with this and I would advise others that it is not worth the cost or hassle.

Marshall Bathrooms did an excellent job with creativity, professionalism & exceptional adherence to detail. They completed a significant scale of work within the agreed timeframe and just before Christmas.I would recommend them to anyone seeking to have a first class customer experience, delivered with the care of a traditional family business.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new en-suite that has just been completed by Marshall Bathrooms. This is the 3rd bathroom they have done for us over the last couple of years and we have no hesitation in recommending them. They are a brilliant team. Every single one of them is friendly, professional and meticulous with their work and a pleasure to deal with. Their standard of work is excellent and they are clean, tidy and trustworthy. They are worth waiting for and they project manage everything. We are so happy that we used them and they have transformed our bathrooms.

Zach and Chris then proceeded to install a beautiful bathroom with superb attention to detail and workmanship. Josh and Zac did an absolutely fantastic job, ripping out the old tiny tiles in my old shower space (with great care which made all the difference), and in helping me make best possible design choices for the new tiling, siting of shower controls and shelf etc. They are knowledgeable and very skilful. And altogether delightful to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
