Always prompt in their replies to requests and for additional information. Perhaps not the cheapest around but competitive nonetheless. Reliable and highly professional fitters who were easy to deal with and very helpful. We had an underfloor heating system and an air source heat pump fitted, and it all went very nicely to plan. Certainly recommend this company.

Just had our combi boiler serviced and once again work was carried out very professionally, engineers are always very polite and do an excellent job, I highly recommend Marshall and McCourt.

Excellent customer-focussed service from Marshall and McCourt, as always. The work was to replace an old electric shower. Helpful visit prior to the work being carried out, to agree the best option. Fantastic service. I left a message late one evening on their enquiry form and an engineer was with us the following day before lunch. Polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Not easy to find an underfloor heating engineer. But this company is great and we will be using them going forward.

After been left without gas following a smart meter install by British Gas, Marshall & McCourt reponded to my weekend email enquiry before 8am the following Monday and had an engineer out to me within the hour of that reply. The engineer was thorough, courteous and got me back up and running within and hour and 30 mins. Im really impressed how a stressful situation was resolved so quickly and efficiently by Marshall & McCourt.

Worcester boiler sprung a water leak. Rang M& Mc 8am next morning, phone picked up quickly, plumber organised for 2 hrs later. Pleasant plumber arrived on time, fixed problem with replacement part. Took about 1hr 40 mins in total as he had to go & get the part. Cost was 1 hrs labour & part.

Excellent service throughout. Relief to finally find someone who understands whats wrong with our underfloor heating, and then to fix it.

Marshall and McCourt installed our new air source pump, with associated hot water tank and control systems and completely new radiators and pipework in 4 days. The customer service throughout the evaluation process as well as the installation was first class, with someone always available to answer any questions and a phone system that always gets answered without long holds (very unusual nowadays). This is a big investment for any household and the practical expertise of the individuals involved in deciding the precise configuration suitable for our house gave us great confidence that if we went ahead, it would indeed work for a house that by its very nature (solid single brick walls etc) suffers from fairly high heat losses. After one day of running in very cold windy weather we knew that
we were not going to struggle with keeping our house and water supply hot enough. The team provided for the actual installation worked to a high standard, were very easy to get on with and cleaned up immediately after every piece of work to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. They also responded immediately to a few minor questions that I had after the first few days of running. To complete the customer service Marshall and McCourt even take you through the entire RHI grant application process to ensure there are no problems with this last vital step. The coordination between all parts of the team from sales to engineering, reception, payments and accounts and installers was excellent throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend Marshall and McCourt to anyone considering this type of project.

We recently had an Airsource Heat Pump cascade system installed by Marshall and McCourt.

The installation team were fantastic. They were friendly, polite and took great care not to damage our walls, carpets or doors during the radiator installation. They even went out of their way to avoid soldering over our new carpets.

We did have a couple of post installation issues, but they were quick to address and resolve them which is all you can ask for. I can't recommend them enough.

Marshall & McCourt provided a Solar PV array with SolarEdge technology and a 7KW LG Chem battery as part of phase 1. During the summer months the PV exceeded our expectations. Phase 2 involved fitting retrospective underfloor heating to the upstairs and a combination of retrospective and screeded underfloor heating on the existing ground floor and new extension.

Any issues were resolved promptly. Engineers were competent, knowledgeable and able to communicate functionality of the system.

I would recommend Marshall and McCourt to anyone considering renewable energy systems.

Our problem was with our old solar system. We received excellent service both from the office staff and the technicians. The first appointment was cancelled but we were given plenty of notice and the engineers arrived promptly at the second occasion. They were polite, courteous, and professional. We will use them again.
