Very disappointed and upset
Still waiting for my delivery almost two months later. Sent an email saying it was sent out....where is it? Shame as products look lush. I shall be contacting my bank as I feel this is out and out fraud! Doesn't respond to emails either. Carmen redeem yourself and either post my order or have the common decency to refund. Then I will rewrite my review.

Order never arrived. Reason given is poor health. Before that was death in the family, before that was carbon monoxide poisoning.
Emails out deals and new offers to their mailing list, but doesn't fulfill older orders, blaming it on backlog.
No responses to requests of refunds, and have been told on more than one occasion they have been posted that day!
Shame, the marshmallows are really tasty, but it's pot luck wether you receive them!

Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience with delivery AGAIN. I keep going back because it is hard to find vegan marshmallows but there is always a very long wait for delivery and very little communication. On this occasion, I ordered in June and am still waiting in September. I have emailed Carmen on 6 different occasions and have asked to cancel and have a refund 3 times. Carmen has responded once to say she has health issues and a significant backlog. This is fine and I am sympathetic but if you can't deliver the goods, you refund the order. The marshmallows were ordered for a summer camping trip in July (ordered 4 weeks before needed!!). Now summer is long gone.
