This was passed to this group from…

This was passed to this group from Bristol City Council for a bus lane fine. I never received the first letter so they charged an extra £ 75 as they are not liable. The lady I spoke to I couldn’t understand. Just making money out of people’s misfortunes. Hope they go bust.

Avoid! A bunch of amateurs.

This company does not have morals or standards. Do not use this company unless you want to be a laughing stock. You will spend more money on them than what they correctly recover. A bunch of amateurs.

Mr McGrath came to tell me that he was coming for a debt mind you I have an IVA. He then left and came back today with another ticket in all this I have explained I have an IVA and they are one of my debtors so he has now called tow truck and is taking my car. My husband tried to speak to him and he told him to F off so yeah

Just so you know the type of people…

Just so you know the type of people you're dealing with.
Rang Saturday to tell them I would be entering breathing space in the next few days.
Breathing space started on Tuesday at midnight. They sent an agent to my door at 12:00 on tuesday...I don't live there anymore. Then acknowledge I was in breathing space at 14:00. Added £200 to the debt for sending an agent out.
As they told me on the phone breathing space only starts when they acknowledge the email and it is one massive coincidence that they acknowledge the email after they had the chance to add a call out fee!
All this for accidently going into a bus lane by the time I realised It wasn't safe to cut across 3 lanes.
They make you feel like scum of the earth when they play the just about legal game to add debt to your bill

Vile disgusting company

Vile disgusting company, impossible too contact marstons deliberately make it impossible to contact them, there app live chat doesn’t work, there email service doesn’t work, all efforts too contact them are hopeless, they do this because they don’t care about helping people, they don’t want an offer amount, instalments are revoked for very little reason, these people are pure scum, how they are allowed to operate is a mystery!.

Disrespectful rude using illegal and immoral practices

Dreadful company. Phone operatives lie and refuse to answer questions, send incorrect letters about payments they have received which they claim they have not. Threaten bailiff action when it is illegal. Disrespectful. Complaints made to ombudsman. I advise anyone else who has had issues with this company to do the same as they are acting illegally

This company is corrupt and I think we…

This company is corrupt and I think we should be raising issues and campaigning to stop their illegal ways. As a doctor in the nhs, I had a parking fine which they didn't tell me about initially. They sent me a letter to am old address and kept increasing my fine until it was more than 800 pounds. They then started harassing me and sending threats to my new address once I had actually paid it, asking me to pay additional fees.
I'm currently getting legal action against them and for the time and effort I've spent dealing with this resulting in stress and anxiety which affected the way I could work which is tough given my job is to look after vulnerable patients. If this company is doing this to nhs staff I am scared as to what they are doing to others.
How can we stop these people from stealing our hard earned money?
Get legal action. Protest. Stop these inhumane people from ruining our lives.

Got a letter saying I hadn’t paid my…

Got a letter saying I hadn’t paid my monthly payment , I paid it several days early ..now I’m being charged £75 for non payment , so you charging me £75 for making my payment earlier ..get a grip ffs !!! How many people have you done this too without them realising
Spoke to someone .. very helpful lady but nothings been sorted i just received an electronic letter saying I still owe the same amount including the additional £75 .. well you can whistle for it ... 2 payments of £78 whatever pence you get when it’s due ! That’s all I owe !! Go fiddle someone else.

Twilight/daylight robbery

Twilight/daylight robbery! Woke up at 04:30 to get a glass of water to find two agents stealthily clamping my car on my driveway. This was for a ticket for Ealing. Apparently there were 2 and I didn’t know about the other one. When I phoned Marston to see if procedure had been followed the woman on the phone was so defensive; not rude but not polite either.

Only a 1 star as it would not let me…

Only a 1 star as it would not let me give anything less. Tried to enter payment plan, eventually got there when the person on the phone could not do basic maths so spent 20 mins to finally get an accurate number. To then have it passed on and more than likely declined and told a £235 additional cost will be added and to contact step change. I called to avoid this and try to start clearing my debt, but end up worse off for it

Tanvir was brilliant

Tanvir was brilliant and very understanding, after calling and being put on hold I received a call back very quickly. He was polite and helped to arrange an affordable payment plan over the phone. I had read the negative reviews and was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and willingness to help from Tanvir.

I rarely do Trustpilot but then rarely…

I rarely do Trustpilot but then rarely do i encounter such a disingenuous organisation that pretends to listen and respond. No-one answers the phone and the live chat doesn't work. I actually did pay my toll but cannot tell them. So does that mean the fines just keep growing? It's like a Scam Organisation.

Actually impossible to get hold of

Actually impossible to get hold of, you want it sorting, 2hours 50 minutes waiting before the call just cut off, at 8am. Ridiculous, then again at 5 just kept cutting off, your IVR Said answered in 1 minute, 1 hour 25 min later still nothing..
your live chat doesn’t even work and gets stuck, you make it impossible

They make money by ignoring you then getting the case further for more money

If you have mental health issues or disabilities go through citizens advice, these people don’t care.

Every member of staff managers, call centre staff, and especially the enforcement agents should be retrained and educated in how to deal with additional needs. I have been made to feel and inch tall. On the phone and face-to-face with the enforcement officer. They don’t care about mental health or disabilities. All they care about is money and fees. Truly despicable people.
