When I moved from Lower Earley to Earley some years ago, the sellers were represented by Joe at Martin & Pole. We were really impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. When we planned to move from Earley some years ago, it was a no brainer for us to use Joe for that sale. As it happened, circumstances changed for us and we opted to stay in Earley and not sell. However, when we needed to sell my fathers property as a probate sale, we used Martin & Pole. Once again Joe, Katherine and Dawn were all really professsional and helpful. Joe has been in the business in this area for a long time so he knows the area and the market better than anyone. Personally, I wouldn't bother going to any other agent.
