I have used Martin and Pole in Early for two house sales and in Wokingham as letting agents over many years and have received an excellent service from both locations. I can particularly recommend both Rosy in Wokingham and Joe in Earley who have gone out of their way to provide excellent service. I received a warm, friendly, professional service from both. We were very satisfied with the professional, efficient service we received from Martin & Pole, Earley office. We moved into the area and the liaison with the M&P office during the conveyancing process was excellent: calls were returned and queries answered very quickly by text or email. What really struck me from the off was their local market knowledge. I spoke to several agents before deciding to go with them and it was an easy decision - they really knew a lot about the area (Earley) and it showed.

Throughout the whole process they were engaging and contact was regular which was a huge comfort. There threatened to be a last minute snag to our sale but they were excellent in helping to resolve swiftly.

Joe Gregory and the team at Martin and Pole were professional and courteous. The sale of the house went through without any major issues and I was kept informed and advised throughout. The sale was on behalf of my cousin who had to go into a care home near me some 50 miles away from Reading. Joe appreciated the position and he helped in every way he could, for example by making regular checks on the property. I believe we got the best price and the fees charged by Martin and Pole were very reasonable.
