I am an ancient, immobile customer. I was given the very best of service. The guy, who came to install the item, was so helpful and even cleaned the floor, where the old model had stood. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm - efficient, helpful and a wonderful service. My very grateful thanks to all at Martins.

We highly recommend Martins of Hawkhurst you won't be disappointed! It's been 15 years since we last updated our kitchen so we were approaching this whole project with some trepidation. However after meeting Scott at the shop, we were reassured that we were dealing with people who absolutely knew what they were talking about. He talked us through all our options and gave us some excellent advice and ideas about what we could do with our existing kitchen which we decided to refurbish and repaint rather than replace. Patrick and Phil who installed everything were excellent throughout and we were told clearly what was happening when. Costs were transparent so no nasty surprises and we've ended up with a fabulous kitchen that we're absolutely delighted with. Thank you so much Scott and the team!

Very efficient and speedy service when purchasing a new washing machine, very happy to recommend.

I have used Martins on several occasions over the years, and never been disappointed. However, the true test of service is what happens when things go wrong. I recently purchased an appliance, which had a fault, followed by the replacement having exactly the same fault. Martins were exemplary in how they dealt with the issue; understanding, speedy and keen to resolve the matter. They did this with flying colours so, in my view, buying from Martins is a win/win. If things go well you will have a competitively priced item alongside exemplary service. If things go wrong you can be assured they will go the extra mile to resolve matters.

Martins were more than helpful and I cannot speak more highly. I deal with three separate people in the appliance sales team and all were truly excellent.

Bizarrely, I had an unusual situation and their sales team did everything to assist and resolve.

Martin’s were great at listening to our requirements and offering a range of appliances that were within our budget and met the brief. They were competitive on price and Bill was really friendly and great at communicating throughout the sales and delivery phase. Delivery was arranged around our other project constraints and everything was smooth and professional at all stages. Based on our experience I would happily use them again.

Purchase of replacement washing machine.
Good advice and reccommendation on previous washing machine purchased here so returned for a suitable replacement. Knowledgeable and helpful advice given by our salesman and really pleased with our purchase.

Have purchased several domestic appliances from Martins. On every occasion I have experienced excellent service. Staff offer very useful advice on the products they sell in a friendly and courteous manner. Equally, they always do exactly what they say they will. E.g. if an item is to be collected at a given time then it's ready at that time. If you are looking to buy a good quality domestic appliance I would highly recommend that you give them a call.

I wanted to e mail you to let you know about the amazing service I have received from George. I initially contacted him in September in a bit of a panic as our kitchen had flooded in August and I had contacted a different dealer who was very unhelpful. I was giving up hope of having our kitchen repaired but contacted your company online.

George was absolutely brilliant and so helpful, looking at pictures and videos of our kitchen, working out what we needed, liaising with Sheraton over the discontinued colour, and reassuring me that we have everything we need. The replacement parts were delivered in January and our kitchen is finally back to looking lovely following the flood.

The whole process has taken 6 months but I have been so happy with your company at every stage. George has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt with all of this answers to my endless questions. I cannot praise him highly enough, and would recommend him and your company to anyone needing help with their kitchen.

Great service from Martins of Hawkhurst. Will certainly buy from them again

Firstly let me say, I detest shopping in any way, shape or form and especially pushy salespeople. However, from the moment we stepped into the shop, we were met by one of the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. The lady took the time to explain how the Miele twindos washing machine worked and answered all my questions in a way I could understand.

Secondly, the machine was delivered and set up by a nice young man who was polite and friendly. He took the time to demonstrate how the machine works, showed us how to refit the moving bars and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.

If you are looking for excellent service from a great team I would highly recommend Martins of Hawkhurst.

Always Great Service.
We have used Martins for our appliance and kitchen purchases for around 20 years.
This most recent need was for a new washing machine to replace our well used Bosch, which after 20+ years of service to our whole family ( muddy sports kit and all) had finally broken.
We were advised by the staff at Martins, that Siemens washing machines were the best for our budget and purchased our new appliance with confidence.
This new Siemens washing machine is excellent, it was also delivered and installed within a few days. Ordered Saturday and delivered Monday by the same guy that delivered the Bosch 20 years ago!
Martins were happy to take away the old washing machine too for a very small charge, saved us a trip to the tip!
We would always recommend Martins of Hawkhurst to our friends and neighbours, their sales and service is second to none.

I’ve used Martins of Hawkhurst for several purchases now. They always go out of their way to ensure items are delivered on time. Their staff are friendly and helpful and the delivery drivers actually take care delivering the items!
