We recently moved and instructed Tracey Horrigan to act on our behalf, as a result of a recommendation from another happy client. I knew Martyn Prowel Solicitors from having dealt with them professionally. I had always been impressed. That was one reason I chose them when I took a civil case for assault. This was an unusual case which involved martial arts. The case was defended forcefully and on many grounds. It was most definitely not an easy case to start with and had its share of unexpected developments.
My solicitors were Natalie Harvey and then Shaem Ahmed. From the outset, I benefitted from their utter professionalism. They kept me up to date, they explained things clearly and patiently. Plus, they were on the ball. Their suggestions (e.g. the instruction of an expert concerning my injuries) were of significant help to my case. Their judgment on the issues, and ability to anticipate issues, was fantastic. I am extremely grateful to them, everyone else involved with the case at Prowels, and my barrister, Phillip Morris (who was also fantastic). I do not think the positive outcome of this difficult case would have necessarily been the same, but for their hard work and expertise.
