Services provided is great - bus schedules are also good but just hope they put a hold on increasing ticket prices anytime soon

Commuter tickets expire too quickly! Working from home a few days ended up costing me six tickets.

The new system needs serious improvements.
On monday 10.4.21 4:45 am at Dwg 3 people with 100% “guaranteed seats” were told by bus driver that they have to reschedule ,because he has to pick up few people in Pv .I was late ...etc ,Reschedule process was painful and chaotic at the terminal (long line ) I hardly got 5:05 bus

The company doesn't care at all about their customers, they don't clean the buses, they try their best to make your experience as bad as possible. They will cancel a bus 5 minutes after it's scheduled to be there, the company itself is just flat out awful to deal with.

This bus company has a monopoly on NEPA and is extremely overpriced for the quality of busses. Their ticket system is very outdated even with the attempted new changes. It’s so overpriced that I was able to book a one way flight from NYC to Los Angeles for less than a one way ticket from Port Authority to Wilkes-Barre. I’ve been forced to use this bus company for years because I don’t have a car and live in NYC. I hope they go out of business so that MegaBus or some other affordable options can breathe life back into the Wyoming Valley. I wish I could have a refund for the last 10 years I had to pay this company.

1) You are a commuter bus line, act like it. simplify and speed up the process, get on line! get on the bus! and get going! Nothing more than that is needed. Forcing reservations and limiting access to certain bus runs will upset a lot more riders than the select few who show up late for a certain bus run everyday because of their work schedule.
2) If a passenger doesn't get on a bus then their ticket should stay on their account until it is used!!! or the ticket expires!!! Martz should NEVER EVER take anyone's money without providing a service. Your system should never have been designed to take peoples money if the passenger never got on a bus to use that ticket.

I am giving Martz company 5 stars because you have excellent bus service. However, there was no gate number at my ticket (I was leaving from Port Authority NYC) and it was very frustrating experience to find the right gate

Drivers & Staff are Friendly
Prices too high for the services rendered.
Management doesn't seem to care about the customers. They instituted a reservation system without polling the daily commuters. They are catering to the vacationers who ride a few times a year instead of us who take the bus 250+ days a year.

Ya Was Great Coming Back Home but Leaving to Pack it shouldn’t be to many on the bus because of COVID ….

The reservation system is not good . You don't care about the commuters who take t he bus every day

I previously wrote a good review about how well the Martz served their customers, but not anymore. Overnight they changed their policy regarding ticket reservations. Tickets used to be valid for a year after making a purchase. So if you missed your bus for whatever reason the ticket was still valid for 365 days. Now, if you purchase a boarding pass and you happen to miss your bus that's it you lose your money. No bus credit, no rescheduled ride and no refund under any circumstance. I contacted customer service and they were no assistance. If you click the customer service tab it redirects you to the websites homepage. I wouldn't recommend the Martz anymore because they do not prioritize the customer, especially me whose been taking this bus since college. They should have just left things the way they were.

Airline stranded me in NYC. Martz got me home on time, with good equipment and driver.

Tickets are crazy expensive, service cut backs, new reservation system so they don't have to put out extra buses anymore. Feels like we're nothing more than cattle to them to be packed on as much as possible and as cheaply as possible.

excellent service, wish they add more runs from Allentown to Philadelphia and have a stop at Wescosville

I took the AM bus from WVM to 30th St Station, Phila on 9/2. Due to flooding,
driver had to find another way to get there! Went the very long way around, past the airport, 95 North, through the city to the train station. Took 2 hours longer, but got there. Driver was calm, careful, put up with very heavy traffic.
Felt safe and in good hands.

Things just keep getting worse. For some reason they continue to cave to the pressure brought by occasional riders rather than listening to the thoughts of daily commuters. The reservation system is a nightmare that no one wanted and the new website is ridiculously slow and a pain to navigate. It’s a shame really. I’ve been riding for 13 years and was hoping it would get better or stay the same, instead it’s gotten worse. Wonder if that imaginary train will ever actually happen.

Your WiFi never works. It's never worked once for me and I take the bus to and from NYC to Scranton half a dozen times per year.

I have taken this bus and rout multiple times with my family. This time i encountered a very rude baggage handler. On our trip out he was rude to both me and my husband, and on the return trip he dropped my bag face down after taking it off the bus, causing souvenirs to break. I was pleased with the travel itself.
