Honestly couldn’t be any happier with our sign.

We ordered a custom sign for our home and wedding and it is absolutely perfect. Very high quality, the customer service has been exceptional throughout. It takes a little while to arrive but that is absolutely to be expected when they are making it from scratch for you - and it is so worth the wait!

If you’re thinking of ordering a sign, I would also definitely recommend paying the bit extra to get a dimmer switch. There are so many different settings ranging from brighter than the sun to really understated so it gives you a lot of control and allows you to use it for all occasions. It also has different flashing modes and you can control the speed of the flashing, a really nice touch.

If you’re looking to get a sign, go through these guys and I promise you won’t regret it! Definitely won’t be my last purchase from them.

Great neon sign for our bar. We saw someone else on Instagram had used them and they were rated highly so too a chance which paid off.
Service has been. Excellent. Can’t fault it.

Ordered ours and arrived two weeks later, well packaged and in damaged. Took about 15 mins to put on wall. We are thrilled! It’s the icing on the cake to our bar named Bramalls.

Wow wow wow. What can I say? From start to finish, this company have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Before placing my order I called up and the call was answered straight away. The lady I spoke to was so polite and helpful. The company have stayed in touch with me every step of the process and kept me updated with expected delivery. The sign is stunning! It did arrive in the wrong colour, but this is simply down to human error and when I contacted the company they offered to send me a replacement or issue me a small refund. I'm in love with the sign, so the colour isn't too much of a problem, so I accepted the small refund. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bought a neon sign from Marvellous Neon and from ordering the sign until receipt I was kept in touch with how my sign was progressing and even managed to preview it via Instagram before I received it. Phoebe, Paul and the team were on hand and responsive to emails within a matter of hours. My sign looked just as it was advertised and had now taken pride of place in my new home. After being severely let down by another neon light company (NB), Marvellous Neon came to the rescue. It took just under 3 weeks from date of order to delivery. Customer service excellent, and the company is UK based. Also important to note that they also manufacture their good in the UK. Unlike some who lie and import from China. Thank you, Marvellous Neon. I will definitely be using you again and recommending to others.

At first I was so unsure about buying a neon light because I’ve heard so many people get scammed, & now I know I shouldn’t have been so judgy! I placed my order and immediately changed my mind on the light colour I ordered so emailed to ask to change it, literally within 10 minutes someone had replied and amended my order. I was so so excited to receive it & it honestly met all of my expectations and more. From the minute I placed my order, the customer service has been incredible. Even once my order had been delivered Phoebe emailed to make sure everything was okay. It’s so nice to have that communication when you’re spending a lot of money & the actual light itself is just so beautiful & looks absolutely perfect in our kitchen. Brilliant company! Love our custom sign. Great communication, quality and speed. Can’t fault them. After previously placing an order with competitor Neon Beach which didn’t turn up and had to do a charge back via the bank... I turned to marvellous neon and wish I’d used them in the first place. Honestly look no further, best neon sign company.

We have been searching for a Neon light for our back room for some time and finally decided what we should go for. There was a number of companies that supplied the sign we wanted all in slightly different font, but it was between two. We decided to use Marvellous Neon as they had really good reviews on Trustpilot and the other company that comes up at the top of google search seemed to have very poor reviews.

We purchased on the Sunday night and it arrived on the Tuesday. Before shipping Phoebe contacted us saying they noticed a slight mark on back but they will ship anyway so we can judge for ourselves. Paul from the customer service team contacted us as well and offered a discount as they wasn't fully happy. We was made up with the discount as every little helps at the moment.

Im sure we will be ordering again and we won't go anywhere else apart from Marvellous Neon as their customer service has been excellent. Not to mention the light is fantastic. Thank you.
