Ordered a sign mid January after being let down by another neon sign maker. Service was great from start to finish, order updates and arrived 3 weeks later

Very good experience. Brilliant service and so happy with the product.
Phoned to ask a few questions before ordering and was extremely helpful and received the product when promised.

Absolutely love their products, they communicate so well with really fast replies throughout the entire order process. Super easy to order; they always package their items really well! Delivery is super super quick, always arrives on time if not faster!

Impressive company with first class product. Easy to order on line with a range of typefaces available for custom built LED-Neon style signs. Website illustrates how the sign will look in your chosen typeface and colour in a room setting. Great customer service, kept me informed throughout the manufacturing process. Dispatched on schedule and delivered via Parcelforce. The signs are beautiful, well made and come complete with wall fixings. There is a video on the website with installation instructions. Highly recommended.

After being let down by Neonbeach whom are a complete scam, I placed my order with Marvellous Neon... After lots of online searching for a customised neon sign I found Marvellous Neon, and I'm so glad I did!
Their website was really informative and gave me all the technical information I needed to know and their 'online customiser' was easy to use and gave a realistic idea of how my design would look.
The sign arrived in good time and looks fabulous. A follow up courtesy email was received from Marvellous Neon asking if everything was ok (nice touch). I also received great customer service/advice when I contacted them about needing an extension to my cable.
