I’m not one to ever write reviews about anything I buy, but I absolutely had to give credit where it’s due. 1 month before Christmas I decide I want a custom sign made for my boyfriend and these guys delivered let me tell you. Impeccable customer service, fast delivery just in time for Christmas AND the most amazing, sleek neon sign ever. Will recommend this company to everybody I know. Thank you!!!

Absolutely fabulous company to deal with. We have been wanting one of their signs for ages and finally got round to ordering last month. Superb customer service (especially from Paul and Phoebe) and we absolutely LOVE our sign! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Excellent, 1st class service from Phoebe and Paul from start to finish. Top quality design, exactly as I ordered. I’m thrilled with my sign and the excellent customer service was a bonus. I nearly ordered with another company prior to ordering with Marvellous Neons but chose not to because they came over rude and unprofessional over a couple of e-mails sent. I checked them out on Trust Pilot and I’m so glad I did as they had some terrible reviews. That’s when I came across Marvellous Neons on here with amazing reviews and decided to go with them instead and didn’t look back. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish I couldn't recommend highly enough. I purchased a custom sign for my boyfriend for Xmas and was expecting it to take just over 3 weeks to arrive, it took just 2.5 weeks! The team were professional, thoughtful and kept an open line of communication throughout. I queried if the labelling on the packaging would give away the contents and within a few minutes I had an email back (from lovely Phoebe) saying that it would be shipped in a plain box to avoid any spoilers. :D They really went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Plus the sign looks awesome - the quality is higher than expected - I'm so pleased with it! :)

I was so pleased when my sign arrived. It was well packaged, great customer care. I was told when it was on its way and received an email afterwards checking that it had arrived safely and that I was pleased. The sign is even more amazing in real life!!!!! The perfect Christmas present for my husband.

Not too much to say: just perfect, everything! The website is nice and has lots of products on it, and the whole ux has gone perfectly. Few days after the payment, I received an email from Phoebe about the sign, in which he told me that for a better result, they would offer to me a bigger size of the sign at the same price, obviously I've accepted immediately. Furthermore, although the time we are living, the shipment has arrived with few days in advance. The sign is gorgeous and the shipment packaging is perfect: everything is working great and I'm really happy about the whole experience. Thank you Marvellous, thank you Phoebe!

Had a custom design made up for my Bowie obsessed daughter. “Ziggy Played Guitar” The sign was fantastic and we were blown away by how good it was. Far surpassing our expectations. I was kept updated on both production and delivery by Phoebe and it was completed super quickly. In today’s mad world it was so pleasing to get such fantastic service and such a superb product. Just planning my next order!

Amazing customer service, amazing product. We live in the Canary Islands where International shipping can take a little time more that UK deliveries. These guys (Paul & Phoebe) were all over it, to make sure there was no hold up. The package arrived and we couldn't be happier. They where also in contact via telephone or e-mail updating us. I dont often leave reviews but Paul and team definitely warrant one. I ordered a sign for my teen son’s birthday After initially finding out that it may not arrive in time , Phoebe pulled out all the stops to ensure my son received it. And what a show stopper it is ! Communication throughout was easy and personable. Love it when a plan comes together !
