Gift for my brother and came out better than can imagine. Slight issue with delay in transport but given circumstances not surprising but they responded to all emails and even called and followed up to ensure delivery arrived. They could not do enough to ensure we were happy would highly recommend them again. Will defiantly go to them again.

Honestly, more than I expected! The packaging, the product, the service.... absolutely wonderful! I bought a neon sign for my new company, and I love that I actually received a brightly brilliant yellow sign! It even came with a little remote control to adjust the settings and brightness, as well as set flash rates and frequencies! The perfect classy neon light for my business... thank you to Paul and everyone for such a wonderful product. The design and features are just everything I hoped for, and more.

Absolutely made up with my neon sign . I did look around before I ordered but this seemed to be well priced and not too long delivery times . I ordered during the covid-19 lockdown so did not expect a quick turnaround . Paul was brilliant and kept me updated along the way . There was a delay due to him waiting on a delivery of wire . He informed me of this even though I had not been chasing . The customer service was tops especially in these uncertain times . First class service, product and delivery . Thanks so much

We are absolutely over the moon with our neon light for our wedding. It is well made and the perfect size. The pricing was very competitive and I have been very impressed with the personalised service and follow up emails after arrival. The packaging was very nice too. From start to finish the whole process was very easy and the wait from Purchace to arrival wasn't very long at all for a bespoke product.
Paul who I spoke to via email was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
