Avoid, avoid, avoid! I bought one of their sports bras, which took a long time to arrive. I wore it once, & it tore where the straps go through loops. I’ve attempted twice to contact them to inform them of this fault & weakness in design, & I haven’t heard back from them. £28 down the drain.

TERRIBLE
Stupidly bought a jacket from these guys.
It gets shipped from China what looks like on a per item basis so took over a month.
Jacket did not fit correctly and when I looked to return it would cost half the jacket price.
I tried customer services and managed to get them up to 40% but no more.

If I could give them no starts I would have! Product is poor quality a not as shown and to return the item it’s costs more than I paid for it ie £30 to return! They offered a minuscule refund that never materialised!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I want to give them no stars. Total SCAMMERS! Sports bra was absolute rubbish, offered 10% refund only and I could keep said rubbish bra. Eventually got a 40% refund out of them but it was an elongated (and annoying) process. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I ordered a dress I saw on facebook and stupidly didn’t read the reviews first. It looks nothing like the one advertised. Poor quality fabric and badly made. Do not waste your money.

Ordered 2 sports bras, absolutely no support whatsoever! Refused to give full refund and only offered 10% refund and keep the goods. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a sports bra I saw advertised on social media. Should have checked reviews before I wasted my money. Item is of poor quality and the only aspect that is as per the advert is the fact that it is black. Tried it on and attempted to secure it in place but the material is so flimsy it was impossible. Went straight in the bin - lesson learnt.

Trying to arrange a return and refund is impossible, said it would cost £30 to return and point blank refused to give a return address, instead offering various values of voucher- as if I’d ever use this cheap nasty site again!

Very poor quality product with no option to refund. I was told it would cost £20-£30 to return my items to the manufacturer in China. They appear no have no registered business address in the UK or Europe. Read the T&C's before you buy!

Ordered a couple of bras. The tracking said it was delivered but I haven’t received anything. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue but the customer service team is very unhelpful and are basically accusing me of lying. I have now raised a dispute with my card company as they are not willing to accept that a picture of the outside of my mailbox (which a parcel cannot fit into) is “proof” of delivery

Absolutely scam company avoid at all costs. Like other reviews I ordered the sports bra in my correct size. Shopping took almost two weeks and when the product arrived the so called Velcro is more like fuzzy felt. The loops that hold the adjustable straps are so flimsy they bend when any resistance is put on them. Requested a refund to be told £20-30 return shipping to China and offered 10% (£2.50) refund as a gesture of goodwill. I’d rather pay the shipping costs out of principle but trying to get a return address from them is like pulling teeth. A week now I’ve been back and forth repeating myself.

Size completely incorrect; when I contacted them to return, they said the charge would be £20-30 to return it but as a gesture of goodwill, they would offer 10% discount. The website says 30 day money back guarantee-not true.

Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before I spanked £50 on a pair of shoes. I also hadn't realised they were shipping from China so would take forever. The photo of the product is VERY different to the cheap tat I received. Turns out the photo is nicked from another website so no surprise what I got looks so different. The straps on the shoes are not only really flimsy, they also didn't put the holes in the middle of one of the straps so will more than likely break fairly quickly. I suspect the returns won't be worth the hassle so I'll take this one on the chin and learn a lesson from this experience.

Not true to size. Requested a refund was told it would cost £20-£30 to refund the items or alternatively I could keep the items and they would give me 5% of my money back. Told them no I didn't want 5% of money back and that I wanted to return items. I have requested the address to return these items another 2 times both times they have come back saying they would refund me 15% then 20% - I DO NOT WANT 15% OR 20% of what I originally paid!!!!!! They are now ignoring my emails

Awful quality of “sports bra”. Chose the correct size but offers no support. The Velcro feels terrible on your skin and the bars you thread the straps through keep slipping sideways on shoulders and back because the material is so unrobust. Seeking a refund and being quoted £20-30 for return - what a joke! Avoid this company!

UPDATE 19/07/24: Has anyone received any level of refund from MM?
Absolute SCAM, wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Item not as described, the straps on the front are not even the same as the advert - they are small underneath connecting velcro and no where near the large supporting over the top connecting velcro as shown. Request for refund still ongoing, so far had two replies with offers of 10% and 15% refund to keep the items! They are complete tat and terrible quality - certainly not the image as shown in the advert.
