Please trust the reviews. Sports bra I purchased is of unwearable quality. Took over a month to arrive.
Email to seek a return, they offered 10% back and keep the product or £20 to £30 to return.
Scam.

Total con. The dress arrived and was totally different. They want to charge me £30 to return it. Do not buy from the site!

I placed my order about end of june.Its now 15th July and still no delivery.I would not recommend this site nor will i order again .Absolutely shocking level of service

Absolute nightmare - not able to return shoes that are too small - when they finally rely to my emails I am just offered a slight discount and asked to keep the shoes or reorder! And told it's not worth my while returning as it will cost me £30 to return! They don't come in a larger size as I bought the largest size! Small sizes as not UK or EU sizing. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I am in the process of taking further action.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
they send cheap imitations of what they advertise, offer refund of 10% and when I finally got them to 70% they ignore any further emails and do not refund...

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, took ages to arrive. When they came , shoes were too small, even though I ordered my usual size. Emailed the contact address and was told that it would cost me too much money to return as they came from Asia. Customer service was helpful and we came to an agreement which suited both parties.

The bra literally ripped my skin off I have two huge sores from the zips zero response from company despite many emails

It took just over 3 weeks for delivery!!
The dress does not look anything like what’s advertised , The colour is not anyway like the green I ordered !
The style is not the same either
The finish and material are disgraceful
Overall I definitely do not recommend ordering anything from this company

Item is nothing like what was advertised - totally different fabric for what had been a lovely looking dress. Returns cost £20-£30 - and delivery takes ages as the clothes come from China. Total fraud site

I ordered a blouse costing £27.90 inc postage. The material is very cheap and the item is badly made so, as instructed on their website, I requested the address for a return. I was told that all returns cost between £20-£30. Following a few emails they said they will refund me 20% of the cost to keep the item. I have not yet received the refund and have thrown the item away.

The item comes from China so will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

It was too small.

I have been trying to return the item but their customer service keeps stalling with all sorts of excuses.

Not happy.

Ordered the sports bra, when it finally arrived it is very poor quality. Thin straps, insufficient Velcro - absolutely no use. Don’t waste your money!

SHAM! Paid a lot of money for what are advertised as high quality shoes.
What arrive look nothing like the images and are made of cheap plastic, can’t even be worn as incorrect holes punched on ankle straps.
Ongoing battle to get a refund. Told return will cost £30 but can have 10% off instead

Would not recommend this company waste of time waited ages for the goods arrived,ask for there address to send the goods back to them, they say now I can have voucher and keep the goods which are not any use to me. They do not reply very quickly either this has been on going since the middle of June.

The shoes took weeks to arrive
They came wrapped just in a plastic bag ( no box)

I paid £52.00 pounds for the shoes and when I asked to send them back I was told it would cost anything from £20 to £30 to return and then it would be weeks before the refund would get paid back
Avoid this site at all costs

This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY
Wrong size on their chart compare to the products, no policy of return, bad customer service. AVOID !!

Appalling quality, clearly a scam - the item looks nothing like the photo. I will never buy clothes from Facebook ads again. This company is completely misleading - looks like a British website but items come from China. Don’t touch with a barge pole! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I’d give no stars if I could! No refund unless you pay nearly more than the item you’re returning or they will offer 10% off if you order again and you can keep the useless item. Bad customer care. Bad value. Bad quality product. Should’ve read the other reviews first. Can’t believe I didn’t!!
