What a farce - a scam and I stupidly fell for it - I even checked the website. Never again will I trust anything without looking at reviews.

This website is Chinese based and all returns have to be sent to China at the consumers costs. The products are inferior so their returns rate would surely be very high if they accepted returns to a UK address. AVOID.

Bought the much 'advertised on FB' zip front sports bra. Disappointed it took 10 days to arrive from date of purchase, though communication was adequate advising timescale after purchase, it wasn't made clear the product was coming all the way from China from date of purchase!. I bought size L for a 34C cupsize. I'm on the maximum adjustment so if you are broad across the back I'd go up a size, could definitely do with a bit more strap length on the large. Overall I'm happy with the product. Quality seems ok, time will tell.

Ordered sports bra - Took 3 wks to arrive...all the way from China.

Upon opening, bra was very poor quality, design unwearable and cheap material. I wanted to return the item, but cost to do so is apparently, £20 - £25! Offered 10% refund and keep goods.
Another person Scammed - beware these fraudsters!

Must not order from Mary Manchester. The shoes are so much cheaper looking than the model photo, indicating that they are made from aback street factory. Also they give Hal sizes and I ordered 5.5 UK but Euro size 38 arrived. They don’t have a returns form and stated it would cost me £20-30 to return them, same price as the shoes themselves. I ended up taking the shoes to a charity shop and just accepted this as a loss and a lesson learned.

Came here to find out about mary manchester after looking at a sports bra on Instagram, confirmed suspicions. Go back to Instagram about 3 hours later, same bra same advertising, different company, now FINN London. Lol.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought shoes for a wedding. Apple wallet notified me that shipping was delayed. Shoes took over 4 weeks to arrive and wedding had already taken place. Emailed Mary Manchester to say if shoes had not already left, please cancel and refund order. Was advised that order could not be cancelled until shoes arrived but offered 10% discount if I provided my IBAN number. Also told that returning the shoes would take a 'very long time' and that the shipping costs would be £20 - £30.00. Explained again that did not want shoes but still no return address provided and only an offer of a 30% refund. Shoes arrived yesterday. They are cheap, tawdry, not leather, tacky bright golden buckle, lower heel than advertised and not a bit like the picture online. I have emailed MM again showing pics of online shoes and actual shoes and asking for a full refund. Will update when I hear back but not holding out much hope as the service/honesty/integrity to date have been appalling. I suspect my correspondence has been with AI but had to ascertain from an email. Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service and what they are advertising is not what they are selling.

Ordered shoes, took a while to come. Were very cheap and poor quality despite paying £50. Same as some other reviews, would not give me return address, continually increased the refund amount and told me I could keep the shoes. Said they don’t recommend sending back as the cost is £20-30 and will end up costing me more. I eventually got them to agree to 70% refund and I still have the shoes. I will not wear them. Terrible, avoid at all costs.

The dresses did take 3 weeks to arrive but they are lovely. I accidentally ordered 2 but they have refunded me for 1 dress even though I haven't returned it. Customer Service was responsive on email. I think they are a new company so having some teething problems but overall I am happy. Thanks!

Absolutely shocking! Took three weeks to ship shoes and I still don’t have them. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Do not buy from this company!

This company is a scam. Keep clear.

Don’t waste your money.
Tried to return a dress that was very poor quality and too small. Was told £20/30 to return or 10% refund and keep the dress. I replied saying that was ridiculous and they said they would send me a larger sized dress and I could keep the original. BUT I had to leave them a good review. I would rather loose my original payment than leave a good review. Shocking service.

I wish I had read the reviews. Very poor quality, mis-sized shoes arrived 3 weeks after ordering. I received an email telling me I could return them but it would cost me £20-£30 - or they would give me 20% back and I could keep the shoes. Rubbish goods and rubbish customer service.

Item received after about 3 weeks with shipping from China and not anything like the boots in the images. Made from a very cheap pvc that looks nothing like real or even faux leather. Disappointed!

I don’t no why there are 1 star reviews. The reaction time on the mail was fast! And I ordered the wrong size and they immediately helped me and send the right size.

I endorse all the one star reviews. Cheap market like goods and they have no intention of accepting returns. Their business life will be very short with policies like theirs. A disgrace to British commerce.

Steer clear of this company . Ordered three jackets the quality is so poor . Suppose to be XL they more like XS . Not as described ,advertised as faux leather they are flimsy plastic . I have been and still battling to return them . Emails are getting ignored

What a load of shysters the quality of the clothing is more than poor nothing like the pictures advertising the goods.Trying to return the goods is a battle of wills.Do not be tempted to purchase from this company.
