What an amazing solicitor
What can i say.
Fantastic from start to finish.
From looking at a custodial sentence, the mitigation set up by Caitlin Watson-Scoley and presented by Will Smout to the judge was able to get me a suspended sentence.
I have had this over my head for nearly 4 years. With contant delays and dates being changed and trials and sentencing moved and adjourned, every step of the way i was reassured and kept informed. I was never given any false hope due to the seriousness of the case. But was always told that they would aim and try their hardest to get the sentence suspended.
Everytime i needed to contact my solicitor was met with an immediate reply.
No question, no query was ever too much, whether by email or phone call, Caitlin was always available. And that was a constant relief leading up to the sentencing.
I honestly couldnt have hoped for a better firm or a better solicitor to represent me.
The fixed payment at the start was beyond worth it. The attention and care shown towards my case and me was first class and most likely more than what i had paid for.
I hope to never be in the situation to ever need criminal solicitors again, but if i did, i know i will always be in safe hands and whatever is the best outcome, they will succeed in getting that for me.
I fully fully recommend Mary Monsons and a special mention will always go to Caitlin. What a fantastic solicitor. The human and considerate side to her was just as important as her qualifications as a solicitor.

Alex & Caitlin were simply exceptional and their tiresome effort and hard work ensured we got the best possible outcome given the situation we faced.

Sara Longden represented me when a…
Sara Longden represented me when a serous allegation was made against me to the police and I was invited in for a voluntary interview. I was really impressed by how much time and effort she put into the matter. It really stood out how many times she kept reviewing, tweaking and making the representations we made to the police as good as they could possibly be. Likewise she kept the pressure on and kept following up with the officer in charge over the many many months that the matter dragged out. The police agreed top "NFA" the matter after around 8 months.

Finding myself, at the age of 55, under arrest for serious offences was a shock to say the least. Apart from the odd speeding offence I had never been in trouble with the police before.
We were introduced to Nick who rearranged his plans to meet us very quickly following release from Police custody.
At our first meeting he was professional, calm, non judgmental, understanding of our position and explained the process clearly.
his advice was precise, well thought out and provided us with a clear indication of how matters would progress.
Early on we were under an enormous amount of stress but Nick liaised with the Police on our behalf and explained what was happening during each step of the process. He has always been realistic in his assessments and guided us through a difficult and daunting experience. His advise and guidance have been crucial in getting us through.

Mary Monson solicitors are really good at what they do, I was accused of a crime I didn’t commit. They helped me get the charges dropped. The process dragged out however this wasn’t down to the team more the police taking there time. Thomas O’Brien was my case handler, he’s very knowledgeable and dealt with my case efficiently always keeping me up to date. They are expensive however well worth the money. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them if you are being investigated for a criminal matter they’ll give you the best chance.

Practical, sympathetic and hard working with a quick turn arround

The Best Defence Law firm for the voiceless
My experience with Mary Monson solicitors, especially Caitlin was simply outstanding, which should be evident from my case that we won. However, that on its own does not truly convey how impressed and even a bit surprised with the immeasurable amount of work and time my legal team dedicated to my case.
