Finally arrived. Cheap crap, wrong colors, and they’ve been deaf to appeals. They should be ashamed. I really liked the pictured design, but reality is flimsy, undersized cheat metal and plastic.

I ordered 2 necklaces from Mary's gems…

I ordered 2 necklaces from Mary's gems as gifts for Xmas. They were delayed in arrival. When they did arrive, neither necklace was as depicted. They were poorly and cheaply made as well. They are useless to me, as I would be embarrassed to give either necklace as a gift to anyone. I asked for a full refund. A woman who calls herself "Mary" gave some apologies, but never offered to make it right. When I said I wanted a refund, She finally said the max refund she could give me was 30% and that I would need to return them to China. I would pay for the shipping. So, at the end, I would receive about 0-$5 out of the $70+ dollars I spent. Very poor product and customer service. Buyer beware.

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. I too found it on Facebook and what appeared to be nice jewelry is nothing short of bad taste. I ordered 2 rings and earrings, one of the rings wasn't even what I ordered. I looked into returning all items but found they had come from China (which I wouldn't have ordered if I had known) and cost almost as much/more to return.

Do not recommend buying here

Do not recommend buying here. Since the beginning. It says that the owner/designer/artist is no longer creating pieces of jewelry because of health reasons. Shipping information was never clear. I ordered 6 pieces and only arrived 5. Bad customer service, it was like talking to a robot. On top of everything, very cheap quality. Very bad experience.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Facebook ad said it is an American company. It is a Chinese company. Unable to return without paying the cost of mailing to China, which is more expensive than the item cost. The jewelry is very cheap. It's looks like something that would be inside a gumball machine. It is very cheaply made and looks like paper covered with resin.

Go Elsewhere

I agree with what the others have written about this sham. The jewelry is extremely cheaply made in China not in a studio in the US.

Deceptive and fraudulent!

Saw a Facebook ad stating they were an American company (their exact words); they are not! They sent a tracking link that is fraudulent. There was no origin location or actual freight logistics provided. They also sent a fake USPS link that only stated a label had been created. They also used the exact same scam using “Beth’s Gems”.

Scam

Scam. The items come from China, not some lady Mary making them in her studio which one day is in AZ, the next she says it's in NY the next in another city. The items are cheap and poorly made., The gems look hot glue gunned and not even in straight. Save your money for something worth it,

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. This company is from China, not a small shop in NY as advertised. Once you place your order, it’s not possible to cancel it. I was told to refuse the order and would receive a 50% refund per their policy. I feel foolish for falling for this scam.

Earrings NOT what was pictured

I ordered a pair of opal earrings and a pair of hoops. The “opal” doesn’t even look close to opal. It’s much larger than the picture, sort of like mother of pearl look and really cheap looking. The lever part of the earring is really cheap looking too.

The hoops are supposed to have stones on the side of the hoop. These have stones in the middle and they are VERY tiny. Not like what was pictured. Now even close to what I ordered.

Trying to contact this company, but the jewelry came from China, not a store in New York. Mad at myself for falling for the ad

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. This company is a complete scam. There is no Mary - no studio in NY. The garbage they send you comes from Chin in crappy packaging with Chinese writign on it. They put"925" on the piece of paper as if that is supposed to fool you that something is silver. Actually it was gold colored with crap foil. 925 has to be stamped into the metal. They will take returns but to send it back to their China address costs more than the item. Total rip-off. Don't be a fool like me and trust this site.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. They said they were in Vancouver but shut down the site and now they say they are in Arizona. They have an out of service Toronto number as a contact but they really are in China and your payment goes to the Netherlands. The product is junk. I'm embarrassed I fell for this and am out of pocket. Beware! Grace Bags is another scam.

All the five stars reviews are fake!

All the five stars reviews are fake!! I feel so bad and stupid being scammed by them. I requested to cancel my order just a few minutes after I purchased after knowing that they wouldn’t do any exchange if the ring size doesn’t fit. They refused to cancel my order claiming that it’s been processed but the shipment confirmation came out after more than a week. I received the package after a month which was actually sent from China and they are all very cheap quality costume jewelry, not those shown on their photos. I requested return and refund but no one replied to my email ever since. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

Still a scam!

Interesting that most of the negative reviews that used to be here are gone!
Replaced of course by 5 star reviews in just the last couple of weeks. Wonder where they are buying the “hand crafted” “Canadian” jewelry because the sites been down for a few weeks?
I smell a scam😆

I am happy I didn't spend much on this…

I am happy I didn't spend much on this item. I am usually so careful, but I saw the ad on Instagram and decided to order. I received a tracking order, and it said shipped from China! Now I can't access the links of tracking information at all! It had said it was made in Canada. I doubt I will even receive the earrings. Next time I will triple check! Just a quick search and I would have found this out. BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE The day after I posted this, I received a new shipping order. The earrings arrived today. They are not terrible, so I will add a star. I would not order from this company again though.
