This is the second mattress I have purchased from Masasleep and the service from start to finish is second to none. We were renovating bedrooms so asked for a specific date for delivery to tie in with other deliveries and work. They arranged this without hesitation and true to there word it arrived on the agreed date. I had emails confirming this throughout. The mattress are very well made and exactly as described. It’s difficult to say what is comfortable as everyone likes something different, but for me the medium firm is perfect. As they have a wide range of different weights I would be surprised if something couldn’t be made to suit everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend a mattress from Masasleep.

Really pleased with the whole experience. I rang up to double check a few details before ordering and the person I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t rush me at all. They gave honest advice and the different options which helped me feel confident in choosing the right mattress. Had it over a week now and is so comfortable and supportive. Delivery was smooth too, the two man team arrived within the timeslot and even carried it up to the bedroom for me couldn’t the service and product.

Reading the advice on choosing a mattress and having a question answered. Receiving a phone call to arrange delivery as I couldn't be in on the day offered. Would recommend Masa Sleep, good advice and great product.

After sleeping well for a few weeks on my Aura Refresh single mattress I am adding this to my review - it is definitely the best mattress I have ever slept on. I used to go for firm support but I chose medium soft after reading Masa's advice, so glad i did.

I recently purchased a mattress from MASA Sleep and while the product quality is decent, there are a few drawbacks. The customer service is excellent—responsive and helpful throughout the process, even offering thoughtful touches like a topper. However, the 14-day trial period feels too short, as the mattress took longer to break in and was quite firm initially. That said, it’s become comfortable over time and delivers good support now. Overall, a mixed experience but decent value for money. 3 stars.

Customer service was second to none! The company did everything they could to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible, and even generously provided a topper. My only feedback would be to have a longer sleep trial period, as the mattresses can take a while to break in and adjust to. It was still very firm after the 14 day window. The mattress is excellent now after giving it a bit longer to settle in.

I recently purchased the Origins Lux Elevate mattress and it exceeded my expectations. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It's the best mattress I've owned, especially considering the affordable price point.

It is so supportive cradling me providing support and eliminating all my aches and pains. The friendly customer service made the entire experience a breeze. So happy and would definitely use MASA Sleep again.

The Cool Ultimate Grandee medium soft mattress cradles me in pure comfort, allowing me sleep cooler, providing support in all the right places eliminating aches and pains. The customer service and delivery was impeccable, highly recommend.

The Origins Lux Prestige Medium Firm mattress is a total game changer especially for the price. From the excellent delivery experience to the outstanding customer service, every aspect exceeded my expectations.

It offered the perfect blend of support and comfort from the first night transforming my sleep from restless to restful and feeling refreshed in the morning. Definitely recommend them to anyone after a quality, comfortable mattress at a great price.

Really comfortable mattress. I've been sleeping on it for over a week and it's been really comfortable. So so glad I upgraded to this. Thank you for bringing me the mattress and putting it on my bed and taking down my old onee!

Excellent mattress very well made. Had a lot of issues with aches and pains but these have thankfully reduced substantially. Was initially bought for the guest room but having used it, is much better than my current mattress. Heavy and well made thankfully delivered to bedroom. Was kept informed of everything which was good. Very very good value for money would highly recommend.
