Ordered a king size mattress, arrived super quick and was everything in a mattress I had hoped for. Comfortable, supportive and extremely relaxing. I was so pleased with the new mattress I replaced the one in the spare room too. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable staff.

Recently purchased a mattress from Masa Sleep. As I was unsure of which mattress suited me for my needs and budget. I spoke to Richard who was extremely helpful in recommending a mattress which suited my requirements.

I was provided with all information for me to make an informed decision. The service was second to none with superfast delivery by two man team whom were very polite and helpful.

I had high hopes for you originally. At first there was no response on eBay but then I finally spoke to someone and got quite a bit of information. However, as I am new to mattresses, it doesn't immediately all make sense so further questions are often needed. As a mattress is not only a big ticket item, but also a rather important piece of furniture, it isn't a decision to take lightly.

I would think it isn't for you either as you'd like to avoid costly returns and unhappy reviews and feedback.

For me, I am loathe to bring a large piece of furniture, at great cost, lose my current mattress, and have nothing to sleep on, if I'm unhappy with it. I don't have space to keep my old mattress and will have problems if I do and find yours unacceptable.

When I go to stores, they want to bite your arm off to answer questions in hopes of a sale. There are companies vying for a bank holiday weekend sale coming through to me in algorithm news feeds. But your company seems content to throw away business. Usually companies go quiet after they have money from a customer, yours illogically is doing so before they get a sale. It is not a good indication of the after sale service.

I spoke to someone on the 17th, I wrote further questions that evening with no response. I wrote the next day. This all was through text.

I then wrote via eBay, again, on the 20th. I've tried to allow for illness or personal situations which may have caused unusual circumstances in which someone was unable to respond. But I've used two methods, given plenty of time. I believe that is a fair opportunity.

I resorted to emailing you, everything above, but no response. Now 3 methods and a lot of time.

Irrespective of a sale, which has been precluded by you, your service has been poor. So my review stands now.

Excellent service from beginning to end, mattress arrived on time as indicated to me in perfect condition. The 2 man delivery team were excellent, wore all the correct PPE, kept social distancing and were very friendly and helpful. Mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive and much better than my previous Simba mattress. Would definetly recommend MASA Sleep to anyone.

Bought a medium soft mattress absolute heaven. Very well manufactured and absolutely what I wanted. Communication brilliant from order to delivery.

Bought a 4050 medium soft double mattress delivered ahead of time and fantastic communication. Brilliant product now had it for 3 months no issues whatsoever. Having worked in Bensons before I can definitely say these mattresses should be at least 3x what they are being sold for absolute bargain.

brought a double mattress medium to soft felt more like a firm mattress tried to contact them very poor help sent photos so they could see mattress in original condition they then replied it had large stain they lied which tell you alot.

Absolutely Brill and communication from Ruth was excellent. Bought the 4050 medium soft very good quality but very heavy as I would expect from a premium product. Delivered by 2 struggling men to the room which was convenient. Been 3 months now but would definitely buy again if needed

Bought a 4050 hybrid medium soft king mattress. Absolutely brilliant, support very good with really good comfort when initially laying on the mattress. Came delivered flat not rolled, have to say it is very heavy and quite deep. Similar one in Bensons was quoted to me for 850! Also have to thank Adam very knowledgeable and helpful responded to my questions in detail. Didn't know full length 18cm springs were better than the micro 4cm springs!

I wanted a good quality hybrid pocket sprung mattress at a reasonable price to share with my other half. I must say Masasleep fitted the bill perfectly with James providing sound advice and making an excellent recommendation for a great quality hybrid mattress. So comfortable and you barely feel movement from the other person in the bed. I used to wake up multiple times during the night every night due to my other half tossing and turning, now I sleep soundly throughout the night and feel well rested. I'm so satisfied, I have recommended the same mattress to my sister who was looking to buy a mattress.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from James mattress delivered by two men tracking provided and delivered within time slot. Ordered double 4000 Hybrid, Was medium firm as described I was skeptical on firmness ratings but very pleased with mattress. Very good product and a bargain considering I was gonna pay £675 for same product having gone to the High street. Could not recommend more

At first I was sceptical about buying online from ebay, but once it arrived it was as good at the ones I had tried in dreams. I paid £355 for a king size was the same as high st ones for £800! The people at masasleep answered my queries, delivered it in time, the mattress was brand new and well packaged. I'd highly recommend buying from this company. Finally a very blissful nights sleep.
