I recently purchased the Aura Refresh 4500 mattress, and it has transformed my sleep experience. The mattress is a true game changer and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort especially at such a reasonable price.

The service received from Masa Sleep was outstanding being kept informed throughout and were very helpful in answering my questions along with their sleep guides which were very informative on their website. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with MASA Sleep, and I must say their customer service and mattress are top notch. I was unsure which mattress to purchase but very happy with the origins lux prestige. Very comfortable and supportive mattress, would highly recommend.

I was looking for a comfortable supportive hybrid mattress and which was well constructed and not rolled at an affordable price point and I came across MASA Sleep. Their website was really informative making it easy to choose the comfort level which suited me looking at their guides. Their customer service was excellent throughout and they arranged delivery which suited when I contacted them without fuss. Highly recommend

Great customer service and experience from start to finish. I can’t praise MASA Sleep enough for both their service and product. I was unsure which mattress would best suit me and given it was my first online mattress purchase I was a little apprehensive although I need not have worried. I spoke to Dean from customer service who was very helpful providing me with all the information in helping me choose the right mattress and can honestly say I am so pleased with it. It was delivered sooner than expected and I was kept well informed through, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and mattress from MASA Sleep from start to finish. Purchased the Comfort Elite Air mattress, great quality product and so comfortable. Aches are now a thing of the past.

Was a bit unsure but went ahead with the Aura 4500, slept quite well on this. Expected it to be harder than it was, but after the first night it just gets more and morecomfy. Surprisingly happy with this! Would definetley recommend

I bought my king size mattress a month ago from MASA Sleep. It's amazing, the mattress is so comfortable that I have gone from being up in the night with aches and pains to sleeping restfully throughout the whole night.

Purchased a Comfort Elite medium-firm mattress to treat ourselves for Christmas. Loving the mattress, so comfortable and supportive with great service to boot.

Origins Lux medium soft excellent kept informed throughout and delivered on time to bedroom. Definitely a quality product and heavy.

Bought the Comfort Elite medium soft 3 weeks ago. Absolutely chuffed with purchase brilliant mattress best nights sleep. It is well made and filled meaning it is deep and heavy. Will definitely purchase another couple for daughter. Delivery was perfect with plenty of notification and within time.

Terrible customer service, do not respond when things go wrong despite several emails and letters.

When you purchase one of their mattresses via ebay etc and things go wrong within a year, you can not use your legal years warranty. There is no way of contacting this Company and the sellers refuse to reply. So I would never purchase from them again and would advise anyone to think before purchasing...Your statutory legal warranty is there for a reason to protect you... No good if you can not contact a seller or manufacturer to exercise this legal right!!....

Great mattresses and great service, what more can i say. Purchased two mattresses one for me and the other for my mum we are both really happy with them. Great quality and so comfortable, would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was looking at replacing my old coil sprung mattress which I share with the better half. I wanted to replace it with one which would isolate the movement of the other person as not to have a disturbed night sleep. I ruled out pure foam mattresses as I much prefer the support provided by a sprung mattress without the sinking feeling but wanted the advantages of both.

Having looked online for a few days I happened to come across a hybrid memory foam pocket sprung by MASA Sleep, it seemed to have everything I was looking for but best of all at a great price.

I ordered the mattress and the experience from start to finish was hassle free and great. The mattress provides great support and best of all I no longer feel my other half when she’s tossing and turning, so I wake up feeling refreshed.

The best mattress ever.

I can honestly say this is the best mattress ever for the price. I purchased a king size mattress with both pocket springs and body contouring foam. From the first night sleeping on it I had the best sleep in a long time, woke up feeling relaxed and refreshed. The mattress is so supportive all the way to the edge and I no longer roll off unlike my previous mattress.

Dealing with Masa Sleep was a pleaseure, with great service and communications. Delivery was fast and effertless with a two man delivery dropping off the mattress. Good job it was a two man team as it is a quality heavy mattress which I would have struggled with alone.

Highly recommend you try them for yourselves.

Purchased a king size mattress on recommendation from from family. I can honestly say this is by far the best mattress I have owned. Perfect blend of comfort and support and most of all at less than half the price of quality mattress as the usual stores.

Dealt with Steve the customer sales advisor. He was very knowledgable and friendly putting me at ease answering all my questions. He gave me the confidence to make a mattress purchase online for the first time. I have to say I wish I had done it sooner and I’m very pleased with my new purchase. The mattress is so conformable.
