After having subscribed to the newsletter for a 10% discount which was never sent, and contacted the team, only after 2 days the team replied to my messages with such promised discount with an additional 20% off to purchase my shoes. Great (!), so I thought... After several attempts to purchase the shoes online with all sorts of bugs, finally I made the purchase (to note there were SEVERAL sizes and SEVERAL pairs in the size I wanted), only to get an email a few hours later saying that the order was canceled as a "partner store" purchased the pair. All pairs? I find this very odd and surely will not purchase from them ever again.

It took more than a week to know that the internal transfer encountered some problem. The customer service took usually 4-5 hours to reply. The promised shipping scheduling failed to be fulfilled.

Their customer service is excellent.. They contacted me about the lack of the bag in the required color and I chose another and the purchases arrived in good packaging and as expected.. I would like to repeat the experience with them soon

The size I bought was not available so they reached out to offer another size. The service was great, the product was shipped quicky and it’s wonderfull.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the unavailable size was and still is available for purchase on the site.
