Very disappointed
I have purchased a pair of KT leather gloves and they were great. I’ve also got a KT medal but the closure was broken. My mistake for not checking it up as soon as it arrived trusting all is fine. Unfortunately today as im getting ready for my meeting realised of it. I have not time to change it now so have to mend it somehow to wear it on my meeting. I have been purchasing Masonic regalia for the past 6 years and never had an issue. I’ve decided to try this shop but disappointed. Things should be checked before dispatching.

I found what I was looking for very quickly. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering procedure equally so.
My order arrived in good time however, I would suggest advising customers of the mode of transit and introduce order tracking for larger items.
