This is a truly exceptional massage chair that highlights the quality of Japanese engineering. The mechanics are both powerful and smooth, and the customizable roller height and strength settings make it perfect for a tailored experience.

Overall, it’s a decent chair, but not worth the $9,900 price tag. I expected a lot more, especially from the “AI body scan,” which isn’t very accurate or impressive.

The calf and foot massage is weak, and the neck/shoulder massage is barely noticeable unless you lift the head pillow—then you lose comfort and proper support. Out of the six preset programs, only about three are actually good.

The “swing” mode is disappointing—it mostly just rocks you without much real massage or stretch. The stretch feature itself is also underwhelming and mainly just pulls your legs.

In my opinion, this chair would be reasonable in the $3,000–$4,000 range, but at its current price, it doesn’t deliver enough value.

Delivery was as expected. I assembled without any problem. Easy to use, straight forward massage choice and adjustments.
Doesn’t take up much floor space, nice look, comfortable.
Have had it about 3 weeks now and happy with the purchase.

We ordered the chair at the beginning of December and was supposed to be here by Christmas. I reached out multiple times and got emails that said it was on the way. Finally found out they had the incorrect number at the facility so the chair finally got here at the end of December. It worked properly one time and then started having trouble. We worked with tech support at the Osaki place and are still waiting on parts to get here to fix the chair. I have had to reach out multiple times to even be here. It has been a very frustrating experience for something we purchased several months ago and it is not a cheap purchase.

Received my chair. Two of my airbags were not working. It was supposedly precertified gone through. Called and use chat and it’s been three weeks. Still no call for repair.

I didn't want to go look at models all day especially since the choices are minimal here. My wife wisely said it was up to me to find what i want. This place had great options in multiple price ranges with YouTube videos to show features. Good enough for me! Despite multiple opportunities to call i only sent several texts and promptly received the answers i was looking for. Ordering was easy and being able to track the chair at all stages increased the buying experience. I used white glove delivery who also communicated well and didn't make me wait around. Early Christmas present! Now if i can just afford that japanese toilet.

I bought the Kyota Genki M380 Massage Chair for my parents who struggle with back pain, and it has been amazing for them. The Zero Gravity feature really helps them relax and eases their discomfort.

I also use it myself, and one big reason I chose this model is that it’s the only massage chair that can comfortably accommodate my weight. I’m on the bigger side, and it’s easy to sit down and get up from. Plus, it helps a lot with my knee pain.

Overall, this chair has been a huge relief for both me and my parents—definitely worth it!

If you are looking for a therapeutic and relaxing purchase, this is the chair for you. Recently diagnosed with multiple back issues, this chair is giving me and my husband much needed relief. The customizable settings and multiple programs make it easy for anyone to adjust for their specific needs. The delivery company even put the chair together for us. We are so very pleased.

The chair came very quickly after ordering. Easily unboxed and a breeze to plug n play. Literally nothing to put together.

The chair fits all our needs! I particularly enjoy the preprogrammed auto selections but “if” I want to enhance a feature I can do that as well.

Love the strong deep massage with plenty of pre program le options. I bought this Osaki OS-Highpointe 4D Massage Chair because it can accommodate my husband's height 6.1". Don't fret when you use it for the very first time, you'll get used to it after a week and can adjust the strength manually. I use it everyday; in the morning, after a workout, a hot bath and sometimes for stretching. Yes it stretches you good. Lol never thought that this is even possible. Ingenious mechanics at work indeed. Love it.

I was not in the market for a chair, as I already have an Infinity SmartChair, but was looking for some additional model details/information after misplacing my manual. I was connected to a fantastic customer service representative who was very helpful and responsive, despite my not being a potential customer. I did not purchase my model directly through this company but Keith was still willing to take his time to direct me to other resources. When it's time to upgrade, I'll certainly be reaching out.
