We absolutely love this massage chair. We tried a similar one on our anniversary trip to Vegas. We purchased the white glove service and it was worth every penny. The communication, set up and clean up was professional and super easy. The chair takes up about as much space as a leather recliner. I love that since I was concerned that it would take over our bedroom. My hubby is 6’2, 260 pounds and a former football player. He loves the high intensity. I’m 5’6, 230 pounds and I like that I can reduce the intensity. I often sit on a small throw pillow when I’m in the chair since my lower back is sensitive and that does the trick. The arm massager and the heated shawl are my favorite features. We also received the eye massager. The relaxing music makes it feel like you are in a spa. Hubby uses the chair to wind down after work. I use it in the morning to ease into my day. We have had it for about a month. The color is beautiful and fits our decor. It’s worth every penny. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

Great communication leading up to and during the purchase transaction. Delivery was seamless and the grade 'A' chair I ordered was in fact grade 'A'! All the features are truly amazing and finding the options for programing the massages benificial. Satisfied customer!

Our chair is beyond our best expectations. We each use it everyday. My back is the best its ever been in twenty five years. My wife loves it as much as I do. Everything works flawlessly and it has since day one. Ours was delivered and set up for a small additional fee of under two hundred dollars. I love it when guests come and try it, everyone loves it.

I bought a pre-owned Kyota massage chair. It exceeded all expectations above and beyond. However, it was missing a piece for attaching the footrest. I called Massage Chair Deals to inform them. They very courteously handled my request and sent out the items I needed. There was even a follow up email to make sure I received the item. Great Service!

I got the chair I wanted for half the price, and I have been using it everyday. I strongly recommend that you do pay the extra couple bucks for the delivery and assembly.

Love the convenience of having a massage chair at home, don't know how I lived without it. Chair was heavy but straightforward to assemble. It took about 1.5 weeks from the time of order to arrive.
