I should have learned from my first bad experience

History: Master Replicas contacted me in Jan2023 about their new site which went 'live' 20Mar2023 as I was a previous 'Eaglemoss Hero Collector'. In those days there was a 'drop' of limited stock and 'first in best dressed' when 'shopping'.
All went okay until the beginning of May 2023 when I had the three Eagle Transporters in my cart and the Enterprise NX-01, but at checkout two were 'out of stock', presumably 'stolen' from my cart.
Update: Oct2025 I stumbled across the original Battlestar Galactica and Pegasus being released so I thought maybe they had improved over the last couple of years. WRONG!
Ordered both plus $45 delivery to Australia. 20Dec 2025 I contacted Support as to what was happening and advised 'landed in UK and after checking will be shipped straight out'
28 Jan2026 checked again and told 'in a queue at the warehouse'.......
NOTHING HEARD after that so on 28Mar2026 I asked Support
"Any chance of a REFUND please?
I have completely given up and just want to completely forget all about it. (flashback to old experience)"

Refund came through VERY FAST, it is just a pity that the original Models that were supposedly in the warehouse for 2 months were not sent just as fast.
Second time 'burned' so I've learned my lesson - STAY AWAY FROM MASTER REPLICAS.

Scam!!!!

The silence from this company is deafening and I doubt they'll be in buisness for much longer, the damage is catastrophic and and beyond repair empty promises, words and no transparency on the status of orders I'm sorry to say this but it needs to be said.

Mass Effect - Normandy SR2

Just received my Mass Effect Normandy SR-2 and the quality/detail is amazing. It's now occupying pride of place on my bookcase. Excellent product, well worth it.

Not even worth one star

If I could give less than ne star I would. I ordered Dr Who items and paid for them i December 2025. It is now the end of March 2026 and have not received either item. They have ignored emails and am absolutely disgusted with their communications. Would recommend you avoid at all costs.

I used to trust Master Replicas.

I used to trust Master Replicas.

However over the years they've gone from a trusted place to get collectibles to somewhere I'd really rather avoid.

My pre-orders for items are routinely heavily delayed, and in the last instance, the actual delivery date of the item missed the delayed delivery window by a whole calendar month.

Master Replicas did not see fit to communicate each extra delay, nor the actual dispatch and tracking information once it was finally dispatched.

I asked Master Replicas customer service team twice if this was behaviour customers can expect to experience in future. They ignored the question entirely.

Oh and guess what, Master Replicas? Giving me 6 months membership of a program that has no value to me as compensation for your failures is not compensation.

Finally arrived and satisfied.

I've updated this from one to four stars. I ordered the "USS Defiant light up MSD" schematics display in November not knowing it was a preorder until after. Should not be charged in advance except for maybe a deposit but was fully charged. The item finally arrived today 3/28/26. The display is very well built, somewhat heavy and includes wall mounting hardware and the usb a to c power cord but no power source so you need your own. Lights up very nice and looks kewl! Now I'm tempted to get the voyager and enterprise E versions to compliment each other.

Scammers

Ordered 2 items in October on Pre Order. took payment right away. Did not receive items checked on site claims no orders have been made. This sounds like a dodgy company I would advise people not to trade with these scammers

Appalling with Faulty Items

After several orders I confidently placed 2 pre-orders in Aug 2025 for delivery in Oct. Items were delivered in Jan 26 (no communications). Unfortunately one of the items was faulty.

They have since not replied to any communications (despite an automated e-mail saying they would respond within 48 hrs - they haven't several times!!!)

I'd advise - no pre-orders - could ship after credit card guarantee runs out. Always use a credit card.

Look elsewhere if possible.

Never again

Never again. Still struggling to either get my money back or the goods. Replies are sporadic and you have to chase and chase. Finally got a tracking number for one of the items I purchased but it hasn't been scanned for several days. Wish I had never purchased and certainly won't again. I will give it Til the end of next week and go to the bank about the payment. Absolutely atrocious company.

Worried this was a scam

Ordered several star trek items one of which was a preorder A month goes by and nothing. I emailed and asked for the in stock items but they wanted me to pay more money. Assured me all items would come in another month. 6 weeks later email again and they say the preorder item is coming direct and is on its way and they would despatch the rest now. Next day I get an email saying the order is cancelled but NOT refunded. Then they went AWOL. Luckily I paid AMEX so I can still flag months after purchase. Hopefully I will get my money back from them.

Delayed by... 3 months +?!

Ordered something the beginning of November, with expected dispatch at the end of November (which was fine, it was to be a Christmas present). December came and nothing... Emailed several times and no response until I threatened to do a charge back. Basic apologies and expected dispatch date is now February...maybe.. I'm not holding my breath..AVOID.

Poorly made products backed up by even poorer service.

On 22nd November after waiting best part of the year for my Doctor who Tardis it turned up with the windows created by a stuck on transfer - not painted. Bad enough, but the transfer was put on squint. I complained same day and received only their auto reply. I tried again a couple of weeks later. Same automated reply. Now on the 29th December I have tried again. Enough said!

I preordered the USS cerritos which was supposed to ship on Q3 2025 (it’s late december now).
they don’t bother with any sort of communication and won’t even respond my emails unless I use an angry tone.
they always have some excuse (customs, warehouse, inventory, whatever) and it seems my product is always about to ship. it’s been three months like that.

I will cancel my order after new year and recommend anyone to stay away from that store

I just wanted a cute present for my nerdy man

I pre ordered a Star Trek moopsey talking plush for my BF for Xmas on 11/5, I still don’t have it and I haven’t gotten any tracking information. I’ve contacted customer service twice and have been told it’s “in the warehouse” 12/7/25 and now it’s “waiting on a stock check” 12/16/25 and it will be shipped “straight out” the customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. Needless tonsay I will be waiting on my moopsey until after the holiday’s ( maybe if I’m lucky I’ll have it by his 40th in the spring) I was thinking with all the run around I got scammed, but people actually seem to get products and they’re good quality. They’re just slow and unreliable. Next time I order form them, if there is a next time, I’ll make sure to give it 6 months to arrive if it’s for an event. Heck I might order something, wait so long for it I forgot I ordered it, and boom I get a surprise present in the mail.
ETA: changed to 3 star review, finally got package. It is cute and well made. Mt BF loves it. Never got tracking info but whatever.
