SCAM COMPANY

Ordered a ds9 mug and it has not arrived, I ordered this over 3 months ago! Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money! Absolute rip off! I’ve raised a case with through consumer rights, the amount is only about £25 but it’s the principle.

I’ve found some useful advice on: GOVUK consumer-protection-rights

Raise a concern and report if you have been duped as o have been.

I placed an order in February 2025 and…

I placed an order in February 2025 and it didn’t ship until December 2025. I understand companies have delays and was patiently waiting and actually moved addresses in between those dates. I did update my address in their system and have even ordered other items and had them delivered since then but they shipped this original one to my previous address and just basically told me oh well there’s nothing they can do. That’s a complete waste of money and their customer service is very unhelpful.

You may as well set fire to your money.

They will quite happily take your money and advertise new products. But chances are, you aren’t going to get your product. Just check their Facebook and Instagram pages. Lots of people still waiting months for their order with customer service completely ignoring their queries. I have reported this business to trading standards. And completed a charge back on my card. My suggestion is to do the same. Or not to order at all. If you wish to add to the trading standards complaint then the business address in the UK linked to this is Heathside Trading Ltd, 01282 775778.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered Hot Toys figure saying Pre Order back in Aug and I have been chasing at least 5 times and each time I asked, Jo and Paddy kept pushing me back week after week. Email reply took like 4-5 days but given the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. Now website said In Stock but still saying it won't be here for another month in Dec and even then it is depend on the custom. So why lie on the website saying In Stock?

They CANNOT be trusted. Now I have enough and ask for either figure or refund. NEVER EVER do any business with them. AVOID AT ALL COST. Don't be fool by the cheaper price. I rather pay extra £20 at Comic and Cocktail and get my item. They are exactly the same as Toys Wonderland but UK version of it and I cannot believe that we have doggy company like this in this country too. Scammer and Liar.

BAD COMPANY!

I have been waiting for the Star Trek Tribble Coffee Cups since May.
Each time I inquire about delivery date it keeps getting pushed further into the year, despite the fact these items show, " in stock."
Original due date was July, changed to August, then September with the delivery date now scheduled for October.
I have cancelled my order and have asked for a full refund.
Thankfully I have credit protection because I fear I may need it.
This company can not be trusted!

I ordered items last October

I ordered items last October, still waiting over 9 months later and they keep fobbing me off, slow to reply to eails and all manner of excuses why I am still waiting for a £200 order for xmas!, never proactivily contact, only updates are when I chase them, they have blamed probelms in warehouse, problems with customs, stuck in America, stocktaking etc

Good service, fast shipping, good prices

Considering some bad reviews about out of stock items I mailed them to confirm that the model I wanted was indeed available for shipping to the Netherlands. Next morning I get confirmation. Ordered it in the afternoon, the day after I get a shipping confirmation. 9 days later it was delivered! Obviously with UK to EU shipping you're stuck with additional taxes, but even considering those the prices are still very good.

Do not give them your money

Avoid spending money at MasterRepicas.com

I ordered an item in February. Two weeks later, I reached out to ask for a shipping status. They told me at that time, there was a delay from the supplier and that they wouldn’t have them for another 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. Six weeks came and went without communication from them. I reached out again. They said they were still waiting for the item and that they’d have an answer for me as soon as possible. Two weeks later, still no response so I ask for a tracking number or a refund. Now, 10 days and one more email later, still no refund, I opened a dispute with my credit card. I shouldn’t have to do this much work to get either the item I paid for or a refund. If you can’t provide the advertised products or some decent customer service, you don’t deserve to be in business.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on Dec 2nd last year for 3 Star Wars Jumbo Figures. Now 16th May and still waiting for 2 of them. Excuse after excuse and now radio silence. 3 emails sent in the last week. Automated reply says I will be contacted by a member of the team but nothing. Payment is taken upon ordering and they've been holding over £100 of my money for almost 6 months.

I was told the items were being shipped to them from the US and they would receive them for processing in 6 weeks time, that was 11 weeks ago, no update, no reply....absolutely zilch! Terrible company with zero customer service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....

Literal Theives

Bough a model from them on April 9th, found it of poor quality so emailed them to get some form of return conformation.

No response.
Emailed again, no response.
Finally looked up their convoluted returns policy and returned model to them from my own pocket recorded delivery via Royal Mail, again no conformation of receipt, no refund, no contact what so ever.

That was two and a half weeks ago and I know they're received the item.

Worst customer service I experienced

Worst customer service I experienced, ever. Do not order from this retailer.

Ordered a moopsie teddy in October/November 24.
I first followed up in February, and as I had moved after a break up, and it was intended as a CHRISTMAS present, I wanted to cancel. I was told it was a preorder and would ship in March. Lies.
I followed up again last week, as I still hadn’t received it (now in APRIL 2025), but had received an email saying the moopsie was back in stock. So clearly it was never on preorder and that was a LIE.
When I emailed again to insist I wanted it cancelled, they ignored me, shipped it, and completely ignored my consumer rights.
I don’t even have the energy to try and request a refund and send it back.
But I can warn everyone to never order from this store. The stock isn’t worth it.

I ordered a Moopsie in February

I ordered a Moopsie in February, that was to ship in March. It's now March 31st & we move internationally in 2 weeks, and have made that clear in the email I sent them, 2 weeks ago. I was then told they weren't shipping until April!! I cannot get a refund, as when they process my card, it denies because my bank sold out and was acquired and reopened under a new banking outfit, with new cards and all, and they don't mail refund checks. They also can't, for some strange reason, update my address to ship it, internationally to our new address, due to shipping cost varying due to customs, even though its their failure to ship on time. ABSOLUTELY not happy with this company, and feel very ripped off.

Great service

Must admit I was very dubious ordering from. Master Replicas due to the amount of negative comments but figured I’m insured with my credit card so let’s see what happens.
I personally can’t fault the service. The communication was good, the price was good and delivery only took a few days.
I would definitely use them again👍

Superb service

Really surprised by all the negative reviews! I wanted two Eaglemoss replicas. Having read the reviews, decided to take the risk. Very, very pleased I did! Prices were low and the products arrived, well packaged, within the week. Couldn't fault them!

I ordered on Tuesday and items were…

I ordered on Tuesday and items were delivered on Friday. Nothing to complain about there. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. They are based in UK, so maybe think about that before you order. I ordered a Viper MK1 and alien drone, both look great. Well packed and original. Prices were cheap. I’ll be ordering again.

Placed order 26 days ago. I email asking where my order is i get 2 different excuses. Skeleton crew for the holidays and other bs. Not hey we just pulled your order and here is your tracking number. How about cut your advertising budget and add some new hires. There no go implement it. At this point they should refund half my money or double my order for extremely poor service. No trust here
