Masterseal completed my dad’s patio area. A smallish job but that didn’t take away the attention to detail. Shawn and Joe with the rest of the team completed the preparation work immaculately. The resin bound aggregate looks fantastic and is already making him happy getting rid of the old standing water problem. Very easy to do business with fabulous customer service . Would recommend Masterseal at the drop of a hat , don’t look anywhere else this is a first class job with first class tradesmen and a first class company behind it all.

Our garden is now a tranquil paradise for our children. The company has had some issues working against the weather, but Reece and his team have gone above and beyond, having many late nights getting it ready. My honest review is that the company will do everything in their power to make their customers happy, and the garden looks pristine.

Masterseal have just completed work on my drive, I chose the colour blue john stone and I am over the moon with it, would recommend, 5 star experience all round and recieved nothing but complements on the drive from neighbours, thanks guys

We picked MasterSeal Solutions after receiving 3 or 4 visits and quotes from other companies and checking reviews which are mostly positive. After paying the deposit we've had to wait around 10 weeks for them to start our job, we had a 1 week delayed start date because of other jobs running behind. In this waiting period we had their surveyor arrive to go through the entire job with us. The installation team of Shawn, Bobby, Joe & John arrived on Mon 2/9/24 and cracked on with removing our old tarmac drive and edging borders and prepping with hardcore and sand. They completed the edging blockwork and all prep works the following day and on the third day they completed the final sand layers plus bull mesh matting before completing the resin drive by COP on the 3rd day. The guys turned up around 8.15am every day were very courteous and hardworking, very knowledgeable and would make small amendments to ensure we were happy with the finished drive. We are both delighted with our new Norfolk Gold drive and from our experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Master Seal Solutions especially if you get Shawn and his team on the job.

Mine cracked after 24 hours. Keep getting fobbed off and unless I chase, I get no updates. Very quick to take my money but not as keen to fix the issue. Also only been given a 10 year grantee not the 15 year that’s advertised.

So months after reporting this, and unfortunately having to resort to leaving negative reviews, you leave a response!

The repair that was carried out is terrible and I still do not have a 15 year warranty that was originally advertised.

I wish we had never gone with Masterseal.

Arranged by Masterseal Solutions we have just had our driveway transformed by John and Jamie. 2 very hardworking lads who were considerate, courteous and friendly. Their attention to small details made such a difference and we are very happy with our new Galaxy Resin Drive. Completed in just 3 days. Very happy to highly recommend. Thank you for a great job.

We are so happy with our new drive. Alec came out to see us initially, he was very helpful and gave us a very good price so we booked in and couldn’t wait for the work to start! We were kept up to date as the weather delayed the start of the work slightly, however once the lads were here they did a fantastic job. We are so so happy with the result, we can’t reccomend Master Seal Solutions highly enough.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Shawn, Bobby & their team in transforming our tired driveway.
They have upgraded this and transformed it from an uneven, flagged area which had potential trip hazards and an abundance of weeds, including a highly dangerous step, to a fantastic, even driveway with a step to the front door for my husband with mobility issues.
They worked tirelessly from early Monday morning until Wednesday afternoon in order to complete the work.
A very reliable and efficient team and a pleasure to have.

Turned up on time and did a great job, looks fantastic

The overall experience of getting our drive done was great! Everything was super smooth and they were the only company who actually came out with samples on the first appointment! We had our drive completed within 6 weeks of putting the deposit down which we thought was fab!
We had 2 workmen come to our house, Shawn and Bobby. Wow did they work hard! The whole street was impressed with how much they got done just on the first day! They were so polite, really professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they had left. They made sure that I got exactly what I had asked for! Overall the drive was completed in 2 days and honestly I couldn’t be happier. If you decide to go with Master Seal (which I suggest you do) I would ask for Shawn and Bobby as honestly they have done such an amazing job! So many people have come and told us how good of a job they have done!

Shawn and the team did a great job to pave our garden to what we expected. He not just did the job efficiently but also communicated well throughout the project.

The Master Seal installation crew Shawn , Bobby and Joe did a great job installing a new double-width resin bonded driveway in a couple of days, including removal of an old tired tarmac drive and refilling with hardcore, permeable concrete and the resin coat. Bordered by block pavers off my choice we’re very pleased with the end result. The 10 year guarantee is also very reassuring. Thanks guys!

Alec from Master Seal came and gave us a good quote and was very helpful. Then Joe, Shawn and Bobby fit our new resin patios in Galaxy. It looks great, they are very professional and really good at what they do with years of experience.

Just had Joe, Bobby and Shawn (Masterseal) to do my patio, side passage and driveway in Delight (colour) in resin and it has been a complete transformation. They are a polite, friendly team and explained what work would be happening each day. Happy to recommend.
