Glass Shelves
Absolutely first class service. Ordered two glass shelves and support brackets, order came within two days. Upon opening package noted shelves sent were longer than ordered. Phone customer services, Lydia dealt with call, professionally, sympathetically and friendly. Promised next day exchange and usually unheard of they arrived next day as promised. Every company needs a Lydia - well done.

I bought some shelves for my new salon. The quality are fantastic, they look amazing. Someone. Rang to say they was a slight problem with one of the shelves, did I want a discount or was I happy. They found me a new one. This is it now I won’t go anywhere else for my shelves. Amazing 👍

My wife and I are highly delighted with our " Floating Shelf ". From first to last service, delivery and product was exemplary. Easy to fit, even for a young 84 0ld male!!!

Floating shelf in high gloss white - ordered on back order so took 3 weeks to arrive which I was advised of. Good quality shelf, well packaged and easy to put up on wall. Arrived promptly once in stock.

Purchased 2 sets of Eliot Titan shelf brackets after a waste of time experience purchasing similar from SCREWFIX. Their product came as two single brackets which when opened did not match, one was gloss white the other a matt white. Promptly returned and searched on-line and found Mastershelf. Duly ordered 2 pairs in a metallic finish this time. Having placed the order I noticed that there was no notice of when we might receive our delivery and sent off an e-mail to get an idea of delivery date. Promptly got a reply from Lydia at Mastershelf who explained that it’d be a Royal Mail delivery. 48 hours later Royal Mail delivered the goods and I had the shelves fitted before my wife came home from work. The product itself is top quality, so glad I returned the much inferior SCREWFIX product. Mastershelf excelled in every way with their product & service. I must make mention too of their representative Lydia who proved to be first class with her customer relations. Will be recommending you and your products.

Having received delivery of a glass shelf on removing the packaging one edge splintered. On advice after contacting MasterShelf to report the damage I emailed a photograph at 4:30 in the afternoon. In less than an hour I had received a response confirming a replacement would be sent and this was received within 1 working day. This is the second time I’ve purchased shelving, the quality is excellent and the customer service is second to none. Can strongly recommend this MasterShelf.

Poor service, delivery was very late, glitch in the system? supposedly, order accepted on line then informed weeks later website is not up to date and did not have contents in stock even though it stated in stock. One of the brackets ended up with 2 of the bolts inside the shelf and impossible to retrieve. All in All poor service diabolical delivery/dispatched and not worth the prices paid

We are absolutely blown away by the level of service received from your company. We contacted last minute and delivery was arranged so promptly with lovely manner on the phone. We order a lot from companies and this was hands down the best customer service experience we have ever had. Extremely impressed and would recommend.

Good service - item was not in stock for a few weeks (clearly marked on website) but store followed up with a call to make sure I was happy to wait. Shelves are lovely, well made, clear instructions, easy to fit and very good value compared to rest of market. Thank you - my kids are very happy.

I ordered 2 white floating shelves 1150 x 250 x 50 recently. The shelves arrived this morning earlier than expected and I fitted them straight away.
I am absolutely delighted with the quality and the finish of the product and with the service. Would definitely use again.

Very helpful when had difficulty putting up shelf, staff member patiently explained twice how to do it, even though it was probably pretty easy but not to me as a complete novice! Thanks for your help. All during Covid crisis.

I ordered a radiator shelf during lock down from master shelf and it came within a week. Really easy to install and it’s super good quality! Definitely recommend. Really helpful when I emailed to check the status of my order as well. Definitely would use again ☺️

Good quality item, easy to install and they reply to emails quickly

Really pleased with both the Herkules shelf brackets and the bookend brackets. We had real trouble with our previous brackets (Ikea) which bent under the weight of the photo albums and books. The Herkules replacements are very strong and look smart.

It seems a lot of reviews are written to complain about a product or because the seller has asked for a positive review. Well neither of those apply to me.

I came across Mastershelf out of chance after looking for some floating shelves online. Our usual retailer was not operating because of the Covid-19 lockdown and so we were forced to look elsewhere. How lucky we were. It's safe to say I will not use anyone except for Mastershelf in the future. The website was easy to use, the order arrived the next day as stated on the order and the quality of materials is excellent. Fitting was very straight forward with good instructions provided. We are delighted with the shelves and we are already looking at buying some more.

Ordered 2 grey floating shelves, they were well packaged and in immaculate condition. My husband fitted them and was impressed with how well manufactured they were.The look very good quality, and the finish is seamless. Will definitely consider ordering from this company again.

Ordered a floating shelf and was concerned about the state it would arrive especially when I found out it wasn’t going to be delivered until after 6 pm by the carrier. Need not have worried. It was very well packed and arrived without a mark on it despite a gouge in cardboard. I will definitely use them again. The quality of the product is very good compared to another retail store from whom I won’t be buying shelves from again. Well done Mastershelf.
