Fantastic service from Ben at Mastershelf in Leighton Buzzard. Very friendly young man who did an excellent job fitting my 3 floating shelves. Very professional service indeed and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to fit their shelves to the highest standard. Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce says 'this is a company you can trust' Thank you Ben.

Had a faulty shelf and when l phoned they asked me to send photos of fault .I tried several times to send and I even asked what email to send it to. I have never heard a word from them. I think it's wrong to ask for photos as I am 69 and not that good on computers, they should collect it and see the fault before replacing. Have given up now and just warning people.

I found some water slide transfers on the website which were advertised free of postage, but when I put my online order in I was charged £7 for delivery. I rang Mastershelves and spoke to Christian, who was extremely helpful. First of all he made sure, the transfers I was looking for were in stock in sufficient number. He then refunded the £7 for postage immediately after I had placed the order. The transfers were sent 1st class on the next day and arrived very quickly. Very good quality items, easy to work with and as shown on the website. Very satisfied with the product and the service!

Had two beautiful white gloss shelves but unfortunately one was delivered damaged I contacted Mastershelf and spoke to Christian at Mastershelf.co.uk
Who promptly replaced the Shelf within 24hrs no messing around with sending the damaged one back! Excellent service even chased us up to see if the new one was okay. Will definitely recommend friends to this company !!

I received my 2 shelf draws, I got 2 for the price of 1 which I was really happy, as I checked so many company's but they couldn't beat Mastershelf on price. Unfortunately 1 of the shelf/draw had a mark on. I rang the company, with no quibble what's so ever I was supplied with a new draw. Amazing company, amazing prices 10/10 thank you Christian.

The shelves were delivered the next day and are perfect for our needs. They are well made and finished and I would most definitely order from them again.

We ordered 2 floating shelves with drawers. Delivery was superb - very quick.
One of the items had damage to a corner (before packaging, and nothing to do with Mastershelf or their delivery people), and within 2 days of reporting this, the replacement was with us.

I ordered the wrong set of shelves but Christian was fantastic at sorting it out for me arranging replacement shelves to be sent out and collecting the return. I cannot fault the customer service.

I placed an order for some glass shelves and brackets, then promptly received a call back from Ben regarding stock availability. This was quickly resolved with an equally suitable alternative item and was despatched for next day delivery.
Received the order the next day as expected and the shelves are now up and look great.

What a fantastic Company. Emailed them as we are refurbishing a relatives coffee room in an Intensive care unit. Quick response and they were able to be really helpful, shelves were delivered the next day.

I purchased three shelves on 9th June. When they arrived one was dented so the next day I emailed the company and included a photograph. I did not get a reply, so I rang the company. I was offered a discount but explained that I preferred a replacement as it was to be used as a set of three. A replacement did not arrive, so I emailed Mastershelf on 29th June and received an email back saying they were awaiting stock. Noticing that their website stated that they had items in stock, I emailed them on 19th July and then on 12th August requesting a replacement shelf. I did not receive a reply to either emails. I then contacted 'Ben@Mastershelf' as per the Trustpilot review page on 5th September. I did not get a reply. Would not recommend.

Purchased a floating shelf from Mastershelf. Did not open immediately due to decorating, yet when opened it was chipped and dented in three places.
On calling Mastershelf they refused to entertain sending a replacement as it had been over 14 days (marginally). I asked for this to be escalated and telephone operator agreed, yet I have now chased three times with no response.
Would not recommend!

I'm impressed with this company for not only offering a wide selection of affordably priced products from which I found the perfect shelving solution but also for the great protective packaging the shelves arrived in.
The delivery was speedy, too.

We paid by PayPal originally and when the order didn't arrive we called and left a message which was never responded to. We then instigated a PayPal dispute to recover our money which was refunded with no issues or contact. I can't comment as to the quality of the goods, but I certainly won't bother trying to use them again.

Was a bit dubious ordering as the price seemed so good. Needn't have worried. Great product delivered in a couple of days properly packaged.
Would highly recommend this company to all.

Fantastic next day delivery of a quality inexpensive Shelves. I bought four shelves at £5.98 each. I was really impressed by the quality. White on all sides and very sturdy. The next day delivery is excellent too. Highly recommended.
