Very pleased with MasterShelf, ordered two shelves fitted them then she who must be obeyed piped up with, “I told you we needed three, not two”
So I ordered the third, just my luck the C19 lock down started and MasterShelf were out of stock.
Luckily being an essential worker I wasn’t too bothered, but MasterShelf phoned me to update me with delivery dates. It arrived as promised, well protected, as those floating shelves do have delicate edges, and 40 minutes later it’s up on the wall.
Hats off to MasterShelf for delivering as promised in these weird times.

Ordered floating shelf brackets, I made a call two days later to check order ETA and Lydia could not have been more helpful and as promised, once the order had been sent, Lydia emailed to confirm this and I received the package the following day !

Bad experience, beware
Didn't send all the items I ordered and when I asked for the item to be sent they didn't answer my email. I called them twice and eventually got a refund. Had to go elsewhere to complete my bathroom, and then they wouldn't refund the two shelves they had sent me, but I had no use for.
They don't care basically, so I will be resuming my long association with Amazon in future who can get it right.

I recently purchased a Radiator shelf from Mastershelf. The product itself was excellent, I was very pleased with it. However, a problem occurred with delivery, which was resolved by Christian, in a very pleasant professional manner. I would certainly deal with this Company again, and would recommend anyone buying shelving to do the same.

Bought a bevelled shelf. First was chipped, second was the wrong colour but 3rd was good, fitted really well and looks amazing.
Lydia was great. I'd go back to Mastershelf, but there are still more improvements to be done on quality control, storage and delivery.
Improve the above and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Christian is amazing. Items ordered were on a standard 2-5 day delivery lead time. Called to see if this could be improved and he personally went into the warehouse and arranged for the delivery to be sent overnight for next day delivery. Item was received in the morning the following day.

2nd time I have used this company and both times have been fantastic!... I accidentally clicked standard delivery instead of express and when I called them to upgrade to express delivery nothing was a problem!.. Totally professional and would definitely use them again.

I needed some smart brackets to hold a six foot shelf securely. I bough ARA Chrome Style Clips from Mastershelf. I was concerned that they may not be able to handle the weights. I need not have worried. I drilled a clean 10mm hole and mounted the brackets by hand. The nylon wall plug was fantastic and the brackets went up really tight. The shelf was easy to mount and tighten up. The shelf assembly is rock solid and will easily take the weights. An excellent product. Great company service and support.

I ordered a couple of shelves online with the standard delivery. I then realised that I would need them the next day. I dropped them an email and an hour later they called me and sorted out a next day delivery, and to top it off they didn't sting me with a hefty bill - There Customer Service is the BEST !!!

Excellent service in supplying a reasonably large order of Boon cube shelving. They arranged to supply this on a pallet, and this was delivered on the day promised. Their packing was superb, and I was very impressed to find the 101 items in my order all correct and in absolutely perfect condition. I will happily buy from them again.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company! Their customer service is fantastic, in particular Ben who helped me out of a hole I had dug for myself regarding brackets. He went above and beyond to help me find the correct ones. Their courier is also great giving me a one hour slot on the day. Very happy customer!

This is a first class company with the best selection of shelves I have seen (great website). I am just sorry it took me so long to find Mastershelf. Had been having huge difficulty finding a glass shelf to hold my Sky box as needed something with a gap at the back for the cables... I came across Mastershelf on Google so called them & spoke to Ben who found me exactly what I wanted! Ben was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & customer service was A1, thank you so much.

I ordered some brackets for shelves that were being constructed and fitted at the last minute during a bathroom renovation. As the shelves were an unexpected feature of the refit three days before the fitter was about to leave, it really was a last minute order to Mastershelf. However, I spoke to a lovely chap called Christian who directed me on the website to exactly what I needed. It was in the post and with me the following day. Great service, nice staff and the product itself was of very good quality. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service.

We ordered these shelves but sadly they didn't fit our radiators,which was very disappointing as they were very good quality.Mastershelf sent different brackets but they still didn't sit properly,so they arranged for them to be picked up and very quickly processed a full refund.
I couldn't fault the customer service Mastershelf provided- they could not have been more helpful, were regularly in touch by email and phone and got things sorted quickly.

Ordered a couple of shelves which arrived quite quickly, however one of them had been damaged in transit, there was a hole in the box going right through to one of the shelves. I've emailed the company twice and sent pictures but have not had a response. Not good enough.
UPDATE:
After my review on here the company have got in touch and are sending out a replacement which should be with me tomorrow. They have said they never received my initial emails but all sorted now so have changed my review to reflect that.

My floating shelves arrived today, I just want to tell you they are fantastic, near perfect colour match with our kitchen units (just lucky one that one), so easy to fit, very well made and certainly have an air of "class" about them. I am very happy for you to add this to any review you have about your shop or the product.
