Took a while for Cobblestones to turn up but understand that the weather and time of year was against them. When they did get there the job was done quickly with as little mess possible. pleased with the price and James made every effort to keep my elderly mum (whom the job was for) informed of progress at all times. would definitely recommend.

The entire process was so lovely and easy. It made such a difference that builders reached out to us and we were able to choose who we thought we would be able to work with the best, knowing that all options had been vetted and came recommended. I would definitely recommend using this service.

I had had terrible experience from other trades no coming and even looking at my project.I was needing my house fixed after a flood plus I had new plans to change the layout of the house, this included new structures, removing, walls, attic, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, heating, tiling, plastering and general joinery. That is why I signed up to master tradesmen and I am so delighted that I did as that introduced me to the fantastic Steven Bell Joinery. Steven and his highly professional team where exceptional, caring, understanding, patient,highly skilled and true master trades people. They gave excellent advice when works needed to change, went over and above the call of duty, ensured they left my home tidy after a days work and the quality of the work they did was exceptional. The project involved an incredibley tight budget, time lines and we hoped to be home by Christmas. Steven came in on budget and his team gave us a beautiful home in time for Christmas. Stevens and his team are true master trades people who are a credit to their industry. No mater how big or small your future job is I would definitely highly recommend Steven Bell Joinery.

The best builder I've ever used by far - Buildtech SW Ltd. Reliable - started and finished on time with excellent quality work. The quote was delivered on time - they started when they said they would and finished on time at the quoted cost. They also provided a snagging service as part of the work to ensure everything was perfect. They built an extension for us and then two bathroom refurbishments.

Excellent communication, prompt and efficient. Apex were highly professional.

Helped to source our builder for the extension we always wanted.

They also helped with guided documentation and contract templates which were very useful.

It was nice to use a service where you have the assurance that the trades people have been vetted and monitored.

Regency Home Builders (John Statham) went above and beyond, always punctual, polite, project finished on time and under budget. Work first class, as clean as possible, would use again and highly recommend. Everyone needs a "John" on their build!

We had an extremely poor experience with the builder recommended by the Association of Master Tradesmen and would strongly advise others to avoid.

While the plastering work itself was to a good standard, that is where the positives end. For the remainder of the project — carpentry, door installation, painting, and flooring — the workmanship was completely unacceptable and clearly beyond competence.

Doors were installed incorrectly, cut too short, and damaged. Flooring was poorly fitted with visible gaps, missing transition strips, and inadequate finishing. Painting was careless and untidy. Large sections of the work had to be assessed by independent specialists, all of whom confirmed that the standard of work fell well below what would reasonably be expected from a professional tradesperson.

The project was ultimately abandoned, leaving my property unfinished and, in parts, unsafe. Communication stopped entirely, and we were advised by the builder to bring in other contractors to fix problems caused by his own work — an unacceptable position.

In short, aside from plastering, the recommended builder was out of his depth and operated in a manner that can only be described as that of an absolute cowboy. We are now left paying significant additional costs to rectify defective work that should have been done properly in the first place.

Proceed with extreme caution.

We found Entire Building Services through the Association of Master Tradesmen and had a really good experience with Seb, from the initial and prompt communication, to different estimates as our plans for the kitchen changed, to setting and respecting timescales and executing the work to a high standard - and then leaving the working area spotless. We recommend Entire Building Services.

GTS have been excellent builders. they have done a lot of work for me now both at my work premises and my home. They always do a carefully thought through job, they are clean and tidy, polite, good fun and keep to a schedule. they give good advice too. Their prices are very competitive. I am having them back in the New Year to do some more work. Thoroughly recommend.

Consistent and helpful contact in the build up to work commecing. Contract copy and advice from AMB were useful and provided confidence and reassurance in the process. Whilst not needed in this instance, knowing support from the AMB was available,
if needed, was reassuring.

J&M proved to be reliable in all aspects and the outcomes are excellent.

they dont update their marketing call list, keep calling every few months to keep asking if we've "progressed with the project"... yes its finished a year ago, we already found a builder by ourselves the year before...and we haven't needed to use your service the last 3 times you called me...

no idea why they keep calling to enquire about their services which were sparse, and we never used because they weren't relevant to us.

We were looking for a trusted builder to carry out our kitchen/utility/bathroom refurbishment when we contacted the Association of Master Tradesmen. We were impressed with the support we received from start to finish, provided in a timely and professional manner. They put us in contact with several reputable builders we were able to discuss our requirements with before accepting a quote and going ahead with the works which we are very pleased with. This company never done any thing for me just sent an online agreemet wich i never signed it after 3 years send inforcement they take my car and sold it and also put give me bad credit i urge people to stop becoming member
